**Note: If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already a meditation practice.

Can we live a life moment by moment without being constrained by thoughts by time?

Look around the language we are using.

There are so many time elements in the language.

I will I shall I have I did Can we use language carefully while being aware of the potential implications of the time as a concept?

As long as we think about something in the future in terms of what should be,

Time has kicked in.

I want to be something,

I want to become something,

I want to achieve something.

Overdoors are spurred and stimulated,

Motivated by some image in the head.

The image of what should be and what should not be implies time,

Time as a concept.

Also implies the discontent,

The departure from this moment.

You see time exists on a very subtle level.

This means everybody has to examine the mind carefully to see the whole time has permeated into the life in such a subtle and also very dangerous way.

To see the danger of the time as a concept in life.

So one need to invite the instinct back to be alert for this danger.

To live a life moment by moment with the full awareness,

The full attention on the influence,

The impact of time on the life we are living now.
