So taking a nice,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in.
Settling yourself into your space.
Making any final adjustments necessary.
So that you can fully relax and be here now.
Again taking another breath at your own pace.
Slowing and consciously noticing each part of that breath.
Just notice if there's any tension in your body.
Maybe roll your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
And know that for the next few minutes.
That you have done something good for yourself.
So letting go of the rest of the day.
That will take care of itself.
And just taking this gap,
This space.
To connect more fully with yourself.
And I want to talk about acceptance.
Is there something in your life that you should really be accepting?
Because when we accept what is,
We stop fighting with ourselves.
Because acceptance isn't really about giving up.
It's more about releasing the resistance.
We waste a lot of energy resisting things.
Wishing they were another way,
A different way.
So just ask yourself that question.
Is there anything in my life right now that I need to accept?
Have you been replaying things that happened in the past?
Have you been judging yourself?
For not taking action?
Or perhaps for taking action?
Or have you been resenting other people?
But what can I accept right now?
So that I can move forward.
So let's bring a bit of compassion to that.
Acceptance softens that control we're trying to have of a situation.
And it also brings us back to the present.
Because the present moment is where all transformation takes place.
So repeat these affirmations.
I trust that everything is unfolding in perfect timing.
I release the need to control the things in my life.
I choose peace over resistance.
I accept myself fully.
The light.
And the shadow.
And everything in between.
I give myself compassion.
For all that I believe I did wrong,
All the mistakes I made.
All the choices maybe I would have done differently.
So releasing that power,
Shifting our focus from any resistance.
So that we can be fully energized,
Fully focused on this present moment.
And moving forward.
So let's just take a lovely big deep breath.
And with the exhale allow that resistance to leave your body.
And another big deep breath.
And a long exhale releasing and letting go all that needs to go.
Coming into this moment.
With compassion.
With love.
Finding calm.
In this stillness.
I trust that everything is unfolding in perfect harmony.
In perfect timing.
I release the need to control everything in my life.
I choose peace over resistance.
I just take a moment.
To set an intention for the day ahead.
And taking that intention.
Writing it in your mind's eye for now.
You can write it in your journal,
Your planner later.
And giving that intention energy.
Giving that intention your focus.
Letting go and releasing the past.
Coming fully into this moment.
Take another lovely deep breath in.
And exhaling.
Coming aware of your body in the chair.
Notice your feet on the ground.
Wiggle your toes.
Noticing your hands.
Wiggling your fingers.
Give your shoulders a nice rolling.
Coming back fully awake,
Fully energized.
And ready for a beautiful day.
