Explore MeditationChristopher is a former beer-drinking, women-chasing corporate wage slave with a bad case of anxiety, who gave up the London life to move to Australia. After less than a year down under he was bitten by an insect and contracted Lyme disease. Christopher then spent four years diving deep into holistic wellness seeking to re-find his health, he lost pretty much everything as he ventured deeper into the core truth of human existence and optimal health. Eventually he threw himself into a yoga and meditation practice. Christopher went looking for physical health, but came away with a lot more. He found the light, and then went to work on helping others find it too. Chris now works as a trauma therapist, energy healer, meditation guide, and health & mindset coach. He is extremely passionate about the work he does and reducing suffering in the world.
