
Relaxing Rotation Of Consciousness
A full rotation of consciousness, aka body scan, to help you relax. Just listen, breathe, and notice each part of the body as it is named. This is good for Savasana or a mid day break. It can be helpful for developing a silent meditation practice, try to sit silently for an additional 5 to 10 mins. If you need help falling asleep, there is no visual imagery to stir up your mind, just the imagery of noticing each part of the body in your mind.
