“Light and Love” is about connecting with light and love as a way to connect with your inner strength. There are periods of breath awareness, connecting with gratitude, intention setting - connecting with your heart's desire, a body scan/ rotation of consciousness, feeling sensations of heaviness and lightness, and feeling the sensations of inner light and love, and a guided visualization. Most of the meditation then repeats, except for the opening settling in and intention setting - those elements are only at the beginning of the practice.
