It's time to calm your inner thoughts and begin to prepare your body for sleep.
In a moment,
Your consciousness will become the one that heals your body by scanning and restoring the energy flow in any areas that need to be rebalanced or realigned.
There may be blockages in your energy flow,
Or perhaps the paths of that stream have become deviated,
Causing a disruption to your own natural free flow.
Once your consciousness has scanned and healed these areas of your body,
Your consciousness will reconnect once again and bathe in the free flowing energy of your body.
As it does,
It will heal any thoughts,
Memories and feelings.
Lying comfortably and focusing completely on this moment,
Let all your worries and concerns diffuse and disperse from your mind.
As you concentrate on the slowing of your breathing,
As each breath becomes longer and deeper,
Sense the alleviation of tension from each of your muscles.
Slowly the expression on your face begins to be one of peace.
In this moment,
I'd like you to think about how pleasant the sensation of becoming relaxed feels,
And of the relief that is brought as your muscles loosen.
The outside world doesn't matter right now.
Your sole focus is you,
Not anyone else,
Or anything else,
Just you.
Relaxation and peace comes from taking in the present moments of quietness and stillness.
As you progress through this meditation and into the refreshing deep sleep that you deserve,
It's ok for your mind to drift,
To think about a positive place that you would like to be.
It could be a forest in autumn,
A sunny day on a beach,
Or anywhere that brings comfort.
Now as you relax and breathe your way to a slower way of thinking,
And accept that this time is yours,
Close your eyes,
If you haven't already,
Preparing your mind and body for being at one with the surface you lie upon,
The air that you breathe,
And any thoughts that may come and go.
Breathing deeper,
Slowly slipping into your own hypnotic and relaxed state,
Follow the loosening that your body finds,
Which brings your body downwards.
Each part of you starts to sink and become heavy with the peaceful rhythm of every cycle of breath,
Breathing in peace and letting out tension.
As you take notice of your body,
There is a balance of feeling heavier and floating,
Almost as if you are gently floating downwards.
Your consciousness is now distancing itself from your body,
You may perhaps sense your inner self as your consciousness,
This is the true you.
Every essence that is you,
Is in your consciousness,
Your personality,
Your memories and thoughts,
Allow the true you to drift above your body in any shape or form that you recognise as yourself,
Acclimatising with a feeling of being safe and calm.
You are very much connected with your body,
There is synergy and communication at all times.
Now taking your time,
Hover over your body so that you are just above your physical toes.
You will begin to scan and heal yourself in but a few seconds,
Before you start to scan each area of your body.
Sense a baseline,
A neutral feeling or sensation as your consciousness.
Now tap into the feeling of the energy in your body,
Feel or sense its frequency,
Becoming more still in thoughts,
And much calmer.
On the bottoms of your feet and toes,
Do you notice any heat,
Any vibration or feeling that there may be a blockage of energy,
Or a misalignment around this area?
If so,
Send your thoughts of healing to your toes and the bottoms of your feet as you see the path of your body's energy stream.
Your toes and the bottoms of your feet may begin to feel cooler as those muscles loosen.
You may sense a tingling or a vibration as your energy is realigned.
Now continuing up to the tops of your feet,
Observe this area and the path of your inner energy.
As you concentrate on the tops of your feet,
You become aware of any healing to the path in which your energy flows.
Become still once again and focus your concentration on this area.
Send your wishes and will the path to become clear for your energy to move without restrictions.
You may sense a shift or actually feel the adjustment as the tops of your feet begin to completely relax.
Slowly moving up to your ankles,
Take a moment to map out any changes to your energy path,
Following from your feet to your ankles.
Feel and see where the energy is supposed to flow.
With a knowing,
You begin to send your healing thoughts to your ankles.
Your ankles loosen,
Perhaps even slowly turning,
As your vibrational frequency and inner energy is restored.
Working your way up to your shins and calves,
You sense and envisage what you need to do.
You may perhaps see or feel where there is a blockage or even a break where the energy path is misaligned.
As you slide over each leg,
You repair the path that allows your energy free movement.
From your toes to just below your knees,
A sensation of relief becomes apparent.
Each leg now slowly descends from being more comfortable.
Take a moment to appreciate the peacefulness you have already brought to your body so far.
Breathing in and breathing out helps you to be more in tune with both your mind and body.
Gliding up to your knees now,
Be receptive to the changes that you would like to make here,
Each knee emitting the frequency of your inner energy.
It's just a matter of knowing if there are any changes needed here.
Read the observation of both knees and begin to make any adjustments,
If there are any to be made.
As the energy flows from your toes,
Through your feet and up to your knees,
Your legs descend a little more.
Your breathing is becoming easier,
Even other parts of your body are beginning to relax and be alleviated of tension.
Each breath now slow and calm,
And your mind feels clearer.
Your legs now descend a little further,
As you follow the right path which leads up to your thighs,
Feeling,
Sensing and observing.
You create your thoughts,
And willing to the healing of this area.
In repairing the balance and flow of this part of your body,
You begin to feel comfort,
Each leg now heavily descending downwards to the surface on which you lie.
There is no need to think about anything else,
As all the positive sensations and experiences are developing within you.
Even your face gives off an expression of relief and peace,
Comfortable,
Relaxed and calm.
You carry on upwards to your pelvis and buttocks.
The routine of healing your stream now becomes automatic.
As you scan around this area of your body,
As you repair,
Heal and balance this area,
You begin to feel connected with who you are once more.
You may observe a vibration or pulse that seems much more pronounced as the circuit of your energy stream becomes more complete.
As you mend and redefine your energy,
The reflex of doing so becomes much easier.
Your hips and lower back sink down with the renewed synergy that continues to refresh your body.
Muscles in this area now loosen and expand,
Whilst also becoming relaxed and settled.
Working your way upwards,
Your lower back and spine align into a beautifully rested state,
Helping your mind to further itself from any distractions.
Trailing your way up,
Around your sides and stomach,
See any areas of your energy stream that are in need of repair.
Perhaps you see this as a path of light that can be reconnected.
Using your intuition,
You make the appropriate changes,
A feeling of reassurance and relaxation,
Provides relief from any anxieties or concerns you may have.
Becoming calmer and more at peace,
Your sides and ribcage widen to allow for deeper and easier breaths.
Breathing calmly,
Every muscle in this area loosens.
You have a sense of becoming stronger in mind and body now,
As your own frequency is being tuned up,
The lower half of your body is now settling down,
Feeling rested and taking in the pure bliss of just being present.
Slowly gliding up to your chest,
The tops of your arms slide downwards,
Giving your shoulders enough space to find their resting position for the night.
You may perhaps be feeling slightly tired now,
As your mind is clearing and your body is relaxing.
Allow your subconscious to take over if need be.
Each area that becomes balanced and restored,
Provides you with peace of mind and space to think more clearly.
Every breath begins to be more sleepy now,
More comfortable and more settling.
As you hover over your neck and throat,
You easily determine the blockages or imbalances that need to be rectified.
Your neck and throat loosens,
It expands and widens,
Bringing yet more sleepy inhalations of night air and calmness to every part of you.
As your head begins to sink down into your pillow,
You go upwards,
Now scanning your jaw and mouth,
Trailing the path of your own inner energy.
You concentrate on the solutions that bridge any gaps of blocked areas.
As you will your healing thoughts,
Your jaw widens slightly,
Allowing your mouth to open a little.
At this point,
You may be beginning to drift off,
Or perhaps catch yourself falling asleep.
That's ok,
As your subconscious and consciousness will take over if need be.
Now up to your cheeks,
Nose and ears,
You work your way around to each area.
Your cheeks begin to droop as you take out any impurities and heal your energy stream.
Going upwards,
Your eyes soften and the muscles behind your ears relax completely,
Allowing your head to descend,
In sync,
As you start to fall asleep.
Your mind is clear and filled with peace now.
You can drift off if you so please in this moment,
Circling the circumference of the top of your head.
You complete the energy stream within your inner self,
Now your body feels refreshed,
In balance and truly at peace.
As you have now completed restoring the balance and strength in your body,
You begin to bring your consciousness back to your body,
Slowly floating and gliding back where you started.
You feel the connection between the physical and the metaphysical.
As you reconnect,
Your identity and principles seem clearer,
More focused and strengthened.
Your confidence is now being charged by the energy stream that flows freely within and around your body.
A sense of being completely at one is felt as your body reunifies and reassociates itself with your consciousness.
The frequency of your own inner energy is now flowing into your consciousness and also your subconscious.
All the principles,
Positive thoughts and goals you have are now more focused,
Creating an uninterrupted path for you to see more clearly.
Problems and concerns can now be left behind,
You can now find direction where you possibly couldn't before.
Your personality is captivated by your own confident thoughts and positive impressions.
As your consciousness bathes in the energy provided by your physical self,
Your conscious mind opens up and begins to be more aware of the paths that will serve you well.
Your consciousness is finding healing in this moment,
Perhaps healing past events or something that is on your mind right now.
Peace is felt throughout your metaphysical and physical.
And as you realise this peaceful frequency,
You become one with the air that you breathe,
Any surface you lie upon,
And the atmosphere of the room.
It sometimes takes time by oneself to find the peace that you are looking for.
Taking the time to observe the moment,
The mind state and physical condition are brought into harmony.
You may perhaps feel now as if you are floating,
Or there may be a sensation of resting heavily.
Go with this feeling,
Relax and soak up the harmonising qualities that you experience.
The circuit that dwells within you is now complete.
Your awareness of positivity now only grows,
Each thought now a clear representation of what should be,
And you see yourself in a positive light,
Which is the way it should be.
Here and now is the true you,
The authentic and unique individual that has your own wants and desires.
Your own ideas and thoughts,
Embracing all the enlightenment you have found so far,
You can now totally relax.
Allow your mind to drift wherever it needs to find space,
As you sink down more and more,
Or perhaps float.
You will begin to glide into a deep,
Deep sleep,
You need for nothing in this moment,
You are you,
The body and the consciousness.
Your energy body is hearing the words I am saying as your outside body rests.
You may see your energy body in different forms,
You may see a glowing aura,
Or perhaps get a sense of the energy as you remain calm throughout,
Lying within your physical body,
With its own eyes closed.
I would like you to open your metaphysical eyes,
Without moving,
Just take a look around you with your subconscious eyes,
See your outer body rest as you proceed to take in what your eyes see.
Growing accustomed to this sensation,
Raise the arms of your consciousness so as to see them in front of you,
Floating or standing,
Look down at your resting self,
As you look at yourself.
You begin to see hot spots,
And now paying attention in sensing where those areas are,
Just take a moment to be aware.
Once you have a good indication of any sensations,
Reach out and scan with your hands,
Beginning with your toes and feet,
Feel if there is any heat or interruption to the flow.
You will know when you feel it.
When you come across that sensation,
I would like you to imagine a white light coming from your subconscious hands.
Your mind is calm,
Relaxed and safe,
As you begin to complete the healing of yourself.
As you continue to see the healing light from your hands,
Extending to your feet and toes,
You begin to sense the change of energy,
Into that of a soothing and comforting sensation.
Your toes will begin to feel more relaxed,
Softer and rested,
As you guide your own energy into a constant and refreshing flow,
Slowly moving your hands up to your shins and calves,
Scanning your ankles along the way.
You may feel a subtle difference in energy flow,
Again you may see hot spots of troubled areas,
Or feel them with your hands,
Take a moment to assess the area,
Seeing the healing white light from your hands as you continue to scan.
Reflow any areas that you may feel that are giving you trouble,
As you begin the process of healing your ankles,
Shins and calves,
Let your legs relax more from the soothing and refreshing introduction of new energy that flows.
You may now feel a tingling in your legs and feet.
In this healing process,
But this is normal,
You are safe,
Comfortable and very,
Very relaxed.
Moving up to your knees and thigh area,
Scanning with your awareness,
Your hands pick up any troubled areas along the way.
Feel your own energy within yourself as you grow accustomed to the new area,
You may sense a tangled feeling or one of tension.
As you begin healing with the white light from your hands,
Let your legs completely relax more and more,
Feeling softer as they start to descend downwards.
Your hands now moving slowly above your pelvic area and buttocks.
With this new area,
Let your hands get used to any new sensations of heat or tension as they scan.
With the white light coming from your hands,
Reflow any areas that you think need it.
As you relax and repair this area,
Feel your legs relax more and your ankles give way to your heavily softened feet.
The more you feel the sensations of healing,
The more your body relaxes into that euphoric feeling,
Possibly experiencing a tingling or similar from your pelvic area.
Your body begins to let go more and more,
With your hands above your abdomen and lower back.
You may sense any anxieties or possibly more tense muscles in this highly sensitive radius.
Sensing any hot spots of tension or interruptions of flow,
Send down the healing white light to your stomach area now,
This time letting it disperse itself to other areas.
Anxiety,
Nervousness and tension are all dissolved and reflowed into more positive energy within yourself.
Feel your stomach and back relax as the tingling new stream of relaxation takes effect.
Your stomach is soothed and very calm and your back unwound and relaxed,
You now begin to feel much calmer and more rested from your abdomen down to your toes.
Moving up to your chest area and under your arms,
Scan for tension or the need to move energy to new places.
Any stressful situations can accumulate around the heart and chest area,
Resulting in shallow breathing and tight muscles.
Rearranging this area of energy brings deeper and more relaxed breathing,
In a pattern that is comfortable and relieving.
Your back begins to let go more efficiently as the white healing light from your hands reassures along the way.
Your shoulders dip down as you now feel relaxed,
Calm and in a state of tranquility,
From chest to toe.
Your hands now above your neck area,
You scan for places to clear as you begin the therapeutic practice of sending healing white light,
Let your neck relax and breathe more easily as your energy flows.
Your head begins to relax more now,
Letting go as your neck and throat area is cleared with positive energy.
Slowly start to scan your face,
From your jaw to the top of your head,
Including around your ears.
As you sense areas of needing this healing white light,
Your face relaxes,
Becoming softer as you continue to let go.
As your jaw relaxes,
Your tongue peels away from the roof of your mouth,
Your breathing becomes deeper and easier,
As does your body,
Descending more and more.
Now place your healing hands above your forehead and begin to sense any troubles on your mind.
You may see your thoughts swirl around in front of you,
Or you may feel a tanglement of energy begin to reflow as you have done with your body,
As you send down the healing white light to your mind.
Those thoughts and worries,
Swirling around,
Begin to fade away,
Your hands feel the sense of relaxation from your whole body now,
As you just let go,
At peace as you look upon your physical body.
You hear the restful and soothing sound of relaxed breaths,
You can see your muscles relaxed,
And the calm look upon your face,
Your eyes are softly closed,
And every limb is limp from relief.
Soak up this atmosphere you feel from your body and allow it to flow into your energy body.
In a moment,
You will be back inside your physical body,
As you begin to rest,
Relax and heal further.
Feeling relaxed in every way,
From your silent mind to your relaxed body,
You step back or float back inside,
As you merge with your physical body once more.
Release your arms and slowly let them drop into place,
As you do,
Your whole body relaxes,
Completely letting go.
Having healed your mind and body,
You may now be tired and in need of sleep,
Or perhaps relief has overcome you to the point of just needing some quiet time to appreciate this feeling.
Whichever it may be,
Once you awake,
You will feel rested,
Relaxed,
Calm and very,
Very refreshed.
Allow your whole body to let go into sleep now,
Descend,
Sink and spread into sleep,
There is no need to think about anything else,
Except how relaxed you truly are.
If at any point you find a positive thought that begins to play out in your mind,
Go with it,
It will lead you further into a deep,
Deep sleep.
Listen to your breathing as it lengthens and deepens,
Or observe the gentle rise and lowering of your chest with every breath cycle,
Your mind should feel clear,
Focused and present once again.
And your body,
Refreshed and reinvigorated,
Deep in your mind is a place that activates sleep,
It's sometimes elusive to find,
But through using your imagination,
You will find it.
As you begin to fall asleep,
Your head dips down into your pillow,
Your shoulders smooth over with a delicate and comfortable sensation of peace,
Your arms loosen so much so that your hands weigh them down easily as you follow their reassured relief.
Your chest breathes the freshest and most replenishing breaths,
Deep down into your abdomen,
As you drift off,
More and more,
As you wash with tranquility and bliss.
Your back aligns and sinks into the surface beneath,
Making your hips very heavy,
Gravity automatically gently pulls you downwards,
As you float into the most luxurious,
Deep sleep.
Your thighs and knees find a perfect position to land,
Encouraging your shins and calves into their own sleepy state,
As your awareness of falling asleep deepens,
Your ankles and feet heavily anchor themselves.
You are now asleep,
Resting peacefully and calm as calm can be,
Your mind is an open space for you to think,
And your energy is completely replenished in this moment.
As you sleep,
Your energy will grow further,
And your mind will become more present.
Falling asleep is now easy,
As you are comforted by the blissful state of both your mind and body,
Let go of any distracting thoughts,
You are now ready for sleep,
You are no longer influenced by negative memories,
Thoughts or feelings.
You have made peace with every concern,
You are relaxed in mind and body,
Focusing on yourself and what you need,
Is where you find peace,
Your mind is clear of any overthinking,
Your body is relaxed and maintains a calm,
Relaxed state.
You have released all tension,
Your mind only thinks about positive images and memories now,
Thinking positively brings new paths,
You are no longer slowed down by mind chatter,
Your vision of peacefulness is clear.
As you progress on your path to happiness and peace,
Positivity will grow,
As you sleep your deepest sleep,
You will continue to grow happiness and peace inside,
Your breathing cycle is now deep and fulfilling,
On each breath in and out,
As you rest,
Every part of you settles heavily,
And sleeps deeply,
