Depersonalization can make the world feel distant and unreal and still in control.

Your mind and body are working together to heal and every moment brings you closer to feeling like yourself again.

One of the best I have heard. I love the ‘You Are’ statements. It is calming to reply in my head with ‘I am’, ‘it is’ or ‘I do’ , instead of trying to repeat the whole ‘I am’ affirmation entirely. Very often there isn’t enough space left to repeat it and I end up more stressed than when I started. To me these ones can sometimes sound like the speaker is just talking about themselves. Highly recommended this one!
