I provide modifications to help support and meet students where they are at. I enjoy sharing wisdom from time spent in nature, teachers, poetry, music,etc. My classes are made to bring light into your day and leave feeling rejuvenated with movement and mindfulness. I teach a dynamic class that brings flow, slowness, ease, and breath to the body.
