This meditation will help you to release all tension in your body and your mind and will allow deep healing to take place.
This is your time to dedicate to nurturing your body,

So let's begin by just allowing your body to settle comfortably,
Feeling relaxed,
And feeling relaxed.

Feeling supported.
Place your hands gently in your lap and allow your arms to feel a little heavy.
You can gently begin to soften your focus on the outside world.
So you allow your eyelids to grow heavy and comfortable.
And take this moment now to take a deep breath,
Noticing the sensation of your chest rising and expanding.
Noticing your shoulders gently lifting and relaxing with each breath.
Noticing the sensation of your lungs gently filling.
And noticing how your stomach muscles support all this gentle movement.
Take your awareness to your diaphragm as it expands to allow each deep breath.
And with each deep breath just allow your body to relax even deeper.
And with each deep breath now you can take your awareness to the sensation of air as it leaves your nostrils.
And allow each deep out breath to last even longer than the in breath.
You may notice yourself start to count to five as you breathe in deeply.
And extend that count to seven as you breathe out.
With each of these long exhalations your body automatically starts to relax even deeper.
Counting to five with each in breath and extending the exhalation to the count of seven.
And with each cycle breathing in to the count of five,
Breathing out to the count of seven,
Your thoughts just gently fade away as you relax even deeper.
And with each exhalation you can take your breath away.
And now just allow all thoughts of counting to just disappear as you continue to breathe deeply in a rhythm that's perfect for you.
Your eyes feel so heavy and relaxed.
You may become aware of your thoughts or the feeling that you want to follow these thoughts wherever they may lead.
And sometimes you might even feel lost in those thoughts.
When that awareness comes just bring yourself back to focus your attention on your breathing.
And any thoughts that enter your mind,
Your mind,

Your thoughts,
Your thoughts,
Your thoughts,
Your thoughts,
Your thoughts,
Just allow them to be there and acknowledge them.
Acknowledging them without judgement or feeling and allowing those thoughts to simply vanish just like clouds floating past in the gentlest of breezes.
Worries are just our fears projected into the future.
They are no reality in the here and now.
So we simply sit and breathe.
We can choose to problem solve them at another time or simply let them go.
And just like clouds we have no reason now to analyse or judge them.
We just allow them to drift by one by one as we continue to return to where we are here and now.
Bringing our attention back to each breath,
The life force that sustains us.
And with your next deep breath allow a warm wave of realisation to flow from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Relaxing and releasing all stress and tension across your forehead,
Your jaw,
Your eyes,
Your cheeks.
And with the next deep out breath,
Relaxing all the muscles around your neck and shoulders.
Feeling a warm healing wave of relaxation flowing down from your head through your neck and shoulders and sending it down through your arms.
Helping them feel heavy,
Warm and so comfortable.
Now take your attention to your spine.
Noticing if it feels strong and supportive.
Or if it's experiencing strain,
Tension or discomfort.
And whilst you notice all the muscles supporting your spine,
Just simply allow yourself to accept all that's there.
Giving thanks to your body for any indications of stress,
Tension,
Comfort or ease.
All that we experience,
All symptoms of our body,
Are symptoms of discomfort in our lives.
And as we come to greater awareness,
Allow our hearts and minds and bodies to find comfort and peace.
We allow our bodies to release this tension and to heal.
And you have made this commitment to let go and heal now.
And just by allowing yourself to be present to your thoughts,
Your emotions,
Your senses as an observer,
Without judgement,
Without reason.
Simply observing and acknowledging all you are in this moment.
You allow this healing to occur.
So just for now,
Give thanks to your body for all it is and all it allows you to achieve.
Acknowledging its strengths and abilities.
How it moves.
How it finds comfort.
And now just allow yourself to tune into your body and ask it how you can best serve it.
What does your body need to work to perfection?
Allow yourself to explore its imperfections without judgement or shame.
And acknowledge that this is a safe place to give thanks for all that you are.
All that you will become.
Allow yourself a glimpse into the future,
The perfect you.
See clearly in your mind,
Your perfect body,
Your perfect level of fitness,
Your perfect level of health.
And notice what each of them feels like.
On a physical level,
Feeling lightness,
Flexibility and vitality in your body.
And what it feels like emotionally to feel joyful in your soul.
As you feel what it feels like to experience perfect health,
Perfect wellbeing.
And notice what you are doing now that you are feeling so fit and vital and healthy.
See yourself achieving these goals.
And as you achieve each goal,
New ones are inspired.
And as you commit to taking time each day,
Dedicated to raising your vibration,
Healing your mind,
Healing your body and expressing your soul.
You allow this health and wellbeing to enter your life.
Expanding your creativity,
Filling your life with joy.
And every day you find yourself dedicating more times to feel this wellbeing.
Bringing this joy into the present.
Each and every opportunity.
And as you return your focus once more to your breath.
The very essence of life force that connects us to every living creature,
Every living thing.
As we take oxygen deep into our lungs,
Circulating it through our bodies to every cell.

Expanding your awareness to the cycle of life on earth and all that sustains us.
Expanding your awareness to the world.
Expanding your awareness to your part in this unique ecosystem.
You have a vital part to play.

We ripple that sense of being out to all around us.
