Chrissy has been teaching yoga for about 20 years now. She has found yoga to be a practice that heals, expands, and strengthens the mind, body, and spirit. Her teaching practice includes styles of Hatha, Power, slow flow, yoga nidra, and chair yoga. Her hope is that all beings find love and peace whether it be through yoga or any other practice that serves them. Chrissy lives in SLC, Ut. with her husband, two kids, her dog Nacho and her orange tabby named Cheese.
