Find a comfortable seat and close your eyes.
Begin to connect with your breath.
Feel the inhalation and the exhalation.
Let everything from your day go.
Letting go of anything that might show up in the future.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
Notice the spaces in between your thoughts and in between my words.
As you come into this present moment,
Accepting everything that is happening in your awareness.
See if you can settle your body even closer,
Weightier towards the earth.
Feel the crown of your head reach towards the sky,
Creating spacious awareness physically and mentally.
Now become the silent observer of your experience.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Allowing your mind to notice the aliveness within your body.
Take five more deep breaths in and out.
Noticing how your awareness draws you deeper into the stillness of your being.
As you continue to deepen your awareness,
Begin to notice the peace,
Love and bliss that you feel.
If you are not feeling those emotions,
Know that that is okay.
And with more and more present awareness and practice,
You will find those sensations,
Those emotions expand within you.
