Notice if this is the best position for your body during your meditation.
If not,
Mindfully move into a position that is supportive and expansive to receive insight and clarity.
Once in your optimal position,
Place both hands over your heart and take three deep breaths,
Expanding your heart space.
There are so many beautiful possibilities for you today.
What is your heart calling for?
Allow an intention from your heart to float to the surface of your mind.
As you set this new intention,
Release any attachments to the outcome.
Trust that the flow of life will give you exactly what you need today.
Bathe in quiet spaces that purify your mind.
Lovingly scan your body to see if there is any resistance to the flow of life today.
Become friendly with the parts of yourself that are resisting.
Ask your body,
Is there anything I can do in this moment to help you release and find freedom?
Pause and listen.
Say to your body,
I am here for you.
I see you and I send you love.
I am grateful you have supported me in this moment and thanks for being a wonderful vessel for my soul to experience this life and each moment.
Allow yourself to bathe in meditation for the next five minutes.
