Our travels today take us to a frozen lake.
The sun is shining so brightly so you take the invitation of another deep breath.
You feel the cold wind on your skin and you taste the crispness.
Your eyes squint as you view the glistening of the crystals on the ice surface.
You step closer to the shoreline.
You are in awe of its power and wonderful mysterious beauty.
The snow is glittering as if stars were shining from above creating the magic.
It is still but you hear in the distance the power of the Earth's wind.
There is no movement,
No people,
No creatures.
You are alone to embrace this magnificent moment.
So you take another deep breath and you ask yourself how do I feel?
Satisfaction comes over you and you smell the new fresh air.
It lifts your body with energy and vitality.
You stretch your arms to the open sky and you listen again.
Just the Earth's wind.
You touch the cold surface below your grounded feet.
Any deep gratitude grows from within you.
You respect the meaning of this moment.
Standing firm,
Confident and bold,
You are wise to the understanding that you do not need to travel the world to find true comfort.
It arrives within your mind anytime you seek it.
So you take another long deep breath in and you hold it at the top and you slowly exhale.
As the Sun is shining so brightly overhead,
You close your eyes.
You feel the crisp air on your skin.
You smell freshness.
You hear the wind from afar.
Your soul is resting.
You accept this message uncomplicated and reassuring.
There is nothing to question,
Nothing to resist,
Just acceptance of this moment.
