Let's gently move from our thinking brain to our internal feelings.
You are uniquely designed.
This is true.
You are authentic.
It is easy to criticize ourselves but when we do we harm ourselves in the process.
This is your time to celebrate you.
I celebrate you for who you are.
Together we celebrate opportunities.
What is and what can be.
We take this time to see all the good.
Your blessings.
Your current health.
And for being here.
When we look for the good,
More good reveals itself to us.
Repeat quietly to yourself.
I am open to opportunities.
I appreciate each moment and accept it as a gift.
I am opening my heart to see myself.
Maybe for the first time.
I am at ease.
Yes you make mistakes.
You get embarrassed.
You may feel nervous when you are put out of your comfort zone.
And I applaud you.
Congratulations those are good things.
Think about celebrating yourself.
