If you sat on a star,

What could you see?

The whole world actually.

You could see the green of the grass and the blue of the ocean.

You could see clouds looking like they're whipping up magical potions.

You can see the moon rise and the sun when it sets,

But the best bit of all is to be told to you yet.

Just hold out your hand and wrap it around.

The world is there,

Safe and sound.

Use your hand like a telescope.

What can you see?

The world is there,

Full of possibility.

So let's fly to the earth where I'll show you,

My friends,

Where the love for each other never,

Ever ends.

You're welcome to our little world,

So pull up a chair in this magical place that we love to share.

Have a great adventure,

Like we always say.

Everything is in you,

In your own special way.

Here are our friends.

Our little girl,

She's called Willow,

And our nighttime owl,

His name is Moon.

Our fairy friend,

Her name is Poppy,

And our hedgehog friend is Bob.

Our squirrel friend,

Her name is Hazel,

And last but not least,

We cannot forget our lovely dog,

Who's Mabel.

My name is Charlotte,

Your trusty narrator,

And welcome to Little World.

Today,

We're in Rainbow Valley.

Are you all snuggled up,

Safe and sound,

Cosy and comfy in your bed,

Or in a chair,

Or laying on cushions?

If you'd like to,

You can close your eyes.

If you don't want to,

You can keep them open.

Sometimes I think it really helps me to imagine all the wonderful things in my mind.

Sometimes I close my eyes to use my imagination and see the world inside myself.

So,

If you're all snuggled up,

I shall begin.

Once upon a time,

There was a little girl called Willow.

She was quite tall for her age,

And she had such a beautiful,

Loving heart.

Willow lives at the top of a hill next to a place called Rainbow Valley.

And when you look down to Rainbow Valley,

From where Willow lives,

You can see a huge bubble in the middle of the valley.

It looks just like a huge rainbow bubble.

Can you imagine that?

Willow visits Rainbow Valley every day.

She simply walks down to it whenever she wants to.

And she has many,

Many friends there.

The rainbow bubble protects the valley below,

And everyone who lives there and visits.

It's a special and magical valley,

And contains the most wonderful world.

Willow is going there now.

Shall we go too?

Come on,

Let me take you to Rainbow Valley.

Willow wanders gently down to the rainbow bubble,

As she does every day.

She knocks on the bubble,

Which is always very soft and wobbly,

And a very friendly butterfly answers and lets her in.

Hello,

Flutterby.

How are you today?

Asks Willow.

I'm good,

Thanks,

Willow.

Lovely to see you.

As Willow enters,

She's so sure that inside the rainbow bubble,

It gets more and more beautiful each and every day.

She wanders down the path,

Carpeted with the greenest and bounciest of grass.

And at each side of the path are bright blue flowers that are really,

Really bushy and smell amazing.

There are really tall tree trunks that lean over towards each other and meet in the middle,

So that the grassy path Willow walks on is covered over.

They are,

In fact,

Weeping willow trees.

It is a little shaded,

But on thousands and thousands of the branches,

There are fireflies lighting up the shadiness.

They look like millions of stars dancing in the trees,

Swaying in the breeze.

As Willow wanders,

She sees her good friend Moon,

The night-time owl.

He's fast asleep,

Perching just outside his oak tree door.

Moon's a bit grumpy when he doesn't get his sleep,

So she leaves him be.

She then sees Bob the Hedgehog and all of his children playing outside their home just to the edge of the woodland.

There is Mini Bob,

Little Bob,

Pocket Bob,

Tiny Bob and Dinky Bob.

And Mrs.

Bob is having another baby,

Who will,

Of course,

Be called Bob something.

Mrs.

Bob isn't actually called Mrs.

Bob,

She's called Leslie.

Leslie,

What will the new baby be called?

Willow asks.

Ooh,

We're going very adventurous,

Willow.

We're calling this one Big Bob.

She gives high fives to all of her mini,

Spiky friends and continues.

She wanders all the way down to the bottom of the valley,

Where she is met with the most wonderful lake,

Containing the clearest of warm water.

And at the bottom of the water,

There are lots of coloured gems.

They are incredible.

There are pinks and greens,

Blues and yellows,

Orange,

Reds and purples.

To the right-hand side of this lake,

There is a waterfall.

And at the base of the waterfall,

Where it hits the lake,

It creates its very own rainbow.

There's lots of rainbows here,

Aren't there?

To get down towards the lake,

There is a very gradual slope of gems.

Willow wanders down to the lake and takes her shoes and socks off.

She loves feeling her feet in the gems.

They are very smooth and pretty.

Can you imagine dipping your toes into millions of smooth,

Coloured gems?

Can you imagine that now?

She sits down and paddles her feet in the warmest of water,

Splishing and splashing about.

It's lovely.

She watches the waterfall as it fills the lake with never-ending,

Clear,

Warm,

Rainbow water.

She sits and feels relaxed.

And in the distance on the lake,

She can see her very good friend Poppy the Fairy coming towards her.

Poppy lives just at the other side of the lake.

She lives right at the bottom of the most colourful magnolia tree.

But to get to Poppy's house,

You have to shrink all the way down to be as small as a fairy,

As small as Poppy.

Poppy is floating inside a huge magnolia flower.

It kind of looks like an upside-down umbrella.

Hi Willow!

Poppy yells at the top of her voice.

You'd think that Poppy had a quiet voice being a little fairy,

But you'd be very wrong.

Poppy asks Willow if she'd like to come across to her house,

To which Willow says,

Oh yes,

Please.

So,

Poppy puts her hand in her pocket and out comes what looks like the glitteriest of glitter and sprinkles a handful over the top of Willow.

Achoo!

Willow sneezes and in the blink of her sneezing eyes,

She starts to shrink down to the same size as Poppy,

So that the magnolia flower looks enormous.

They both giggle as Willow sneezed the shrinking glitter all over Poppy's hair,

Making her a little bit smaller as well.

It looks so nice anyway.

So,

Poppy takes Willow's hand and they both jump onto the colourful magnolia flower.

Poppy takes them safely over the lake to the other side.

The feeling is wonderful.

The fresh,

Warm air through their hair,

With the glitter blowing everywhere.

They lean back and relax.

They're just happy,

Giggling away as they tell each other what they'd been doing since they last saw each other,

Which was yesterday.

Willow never knew this,

But from Poppy's house you can get around the back of the waterfall.

Poppy asks Willow if she's ever been behind the waterfall before,

But Willow never had.

Shall we go?

Poppy asks.

Oh yes,

Please,

Willow replies.

As they wander up towards the waterfall,

Willow can see behind it and quite frankly,

She can't believe her eyes.

There are so many fairies behind the waterfall,

And they're all laughing and giggling and having such a wonderful time,

Almost like a party.

It's all the lovely fairies that Willow knows,

And they were,

Of course,

Delighted to see her.

Willow sees that there is a box with a very shiny,

Old-fashioned kind of gold key sitting on the top of a turquoise box,

And a bow was wrapped around the end.

When they got to the key,

Poppy hands it to Willow and says,

You've never seen this before then have you,

Willow,

If you've never been here?

No,

She says,

I haven't.

Poppy explains that the key is a representation of what is in everyone's heart.

We all hold our own key,

And Willow has one in her heart already.

The key reminds you that within you are all the feelings that you need.

It reminds you that you have the power to be you,

To remember each and every day how wonderful you are,

Just the way you are.

It also reminds you that if you don't ever feel safe or happy,

Then you find someone that you trust and you tell them.

You tell them exactly how you're feeling,

What's going on,

And that you need help.

All right,

So I already have this key,

Poppy?

Willow asks.

Yes,

But it's your own version,

And it's just yours,

For you.

You just look inside yourself and remember that the key is yours,

And it's there to help you use the words you need in any way you can.

Here,

Borrow the key as a reminder,

And then when you remember each day to use your own key,

Bring this one back,

And then we will share it with someone else who needs to remember.

Thank you,

Poppy,

That's so nice of you,

Willow says.

Willow feels very lucky to have been given such a wonderful gift,

And she pops it in her pocket.

They leave from behind the waterfall back down to Poppy's house where the magnolia flower is.

Willow wants to go and see her friend Hazel,

The squirrel.

She really is the funniest squirrel that Willow has ever met in a whole entire life.

So Willow and Poppy float upon the water once again and get to the other side.

Willow will go back to her normal size again,

But not just yet.

This way,

She can get into Hazel's house.

Poppy has something to do,

So she says goodbye and gives Willow the biggest cuddle ever.

Say hi to Hazel for me,

Please.

I will,

Replies Willow.

Willow wanders past the cutest of fairy houses,

And all along the way,

The valley is lit with fireflies.

Now,

Hazel lives in a toadstool house.

She left the tree and just really fancied one of these.

To be fair,

It is super cute.

The roof is red with a few white darts dotted around,

And all around the outside of the toadstool are fairy lights which twinkle all the time.

Hazel opens the door and her eyes nearly pop out.

They'd not seen each other since yesterday,

So they were really missing each other.

Willow always loves Hazel's house because Hazel is always cooking something yummy to eat.

Today,

She's made the most scrumptious melt-in-the-middle chocolate cake with strawberries on top.

Yummy,

Scrummy,

In their tummies!

Willow and Hazel sit outside in the most beautiful sunshine,

And they always sit in the front garden because they like to watch everyone go by.

There are so many beautiful people who live here in Rainbow Valley,

And they keep wandering by and saying hello.

One by one,

Fairies,

Elves,

Animals and humans.

In fact,

Hazel adopted a human girl called Green Pea in a pod.

We call her Pea for short.

I'll tell you that story one day.

It's really special and I'd like to share it with you.

Willow and Hazel have such a wonderful time together.

They laugh and speak to so many friends over the garden fence.

Willow does,

However,

Feel she's possibly eaten too much chocolate cake to walk all the way back up the hill.

So Hazel calls her friend Lolly,

Who is the strongest,

Friendliest unicorn ever.

She is the most amazing,

Pure black unicorn with the shiniest coat and the purliest pearl-like horn ever.

She arrives outside Hazel's toaster to collect Willow and take her back home safe and sound.

Willow mounts Lolly and feels so tired but safe.

She starts to drift off on her way home and falls to sleep.

They trot back through the bubble and up to Willow's home.

As Willow gets home,

Her mum is there waiting to tuck her into bed safe and sound after her day's adventure.

Willow's mum gives Lolly a huge juicy apple and says thank you to Lolly and off she trots back down to the valley.

As Willow gets her pyjamas on and gets all snuggled into bed,

Her mum tucks her in safe and sound.

Willow closes her eyes and drifts off into the most deep and comfortable sleep.

Her feet feel so warm and cosy,

Her whole body relaxes and she gets ready to dream of the day she's had and the wonderful people she got to meet again.

Willow knows how important it is to sleep because otherwise she wouldn't be able to do what she does in the day and feel happy because no one likes being tired.

Are you in bed?

If you are,

You can also drift off to sleep.

All you need to do is close your eyes too and let go of the day.

Nice and comfortable,

Safe and sound and as you sleep remember you are loved.

You are so very loved,

You are special and wonderful and you must always be yourself.

You know I think you're wonderful and fantastic and I mean that from the bottom of my heart.

Yes,

You,

You are incredible.

Sleep tight and sweet dreams.

Namaste.
