Wild And Free

In this guided visualization breath, we will call our power back by riding wild and free horseback on the beach. Join me, as we take off into the sunset, and ride until we feel our power return. Come back to this meditation any time you doubt yourself.

Wild and free.

It is said that the horse can hear your heartbeat up to 1.

5 miles away.

The vibration and connection of this animal is beyond our capacity to understand.

They are wild and free.

So today,

We breathe just like the horse,

Wild and free.

So settle in,

Unfold,

Close your eyes,

And breathe.

Before you,

You see a sunset along a beautiful shoreline.

Your feet are bare in the sand,

And next to you is the one and only,

Magnificent creature,

A beautiful horse.

And as the sun sets before you,

You are,

Just for a moment,

One with this creature,

Breathing in the ocean air.

With one swift movement,

You're riding along the beach,

Waves going in and out,

Your hair flying out behind you,

And you are wild and free.

Take a deep breath knowing that it will not last forever,

And in this fleeting moment,

All you can do is just be free.

So ride,

Ride on into the sunset and breathe in the power that you have.

And whenever you doubt this power,

Come back to this moment when you are wild and free.
