Tiger rising.
In the midday,
When the jaw is tight,
The air feels strained and the list feels long,
I invite you to stop and remember who you are in this moment.
I invite you to breathe.
It's time to invoke the tiger.
You see,
Each one of us has a tiger rising inside,
Waiting patiently in the wings of our worry.
So today we invite this tiger to rise.
Take a deep breath in,
Place your hand at your solar plexus,
Just above the navel,
And breathe here.
Hold at the top and release.
Breathe in and invite your tiger to rise.
Breathe out,
Release.
When you are ready,
Let the breath all the way out,
Along with the worry,
And on your next breath in,
We invite the word power.
Deep breath in,
I am power.
Deep breath out,
I am ready.
Stay here,
Breathe in this beauty,
This confidence.
Breathe knowing that all things,
No matter where,
When,
Or how,
Will work out in my favor.
This is the tiger's stance.
Square the shoulders,
Tip the jaw up,
Deep breath into the belly,
Tiger rising.
Feel the power of the breath consuming you,
Allowing you to feel powerful,
Strong,
Confident and ready,
And breathe out whatever is left.
End your session with gratitude.
You are the tiger.
You are the power.
You always can come back to this feeling.
