Our minds are ours to meld,
To create.
Our thoughts do not run us.
In fact,
It's quite the opposite.
To shift our mindset,
We need to reverse the pattern of over thought.
And to me,
There is no such thing as the monkey mind,
Only the mind that wishes to be heard.
So stop,
Stop where you are,
Close your eyes and just breathe.
It is time to shift your mindset.
Intentionally breathe and turn inward and ask,
What is consuming me?
You see,
Your thoughts are roads,
Paths to the future.
Your words are your maps.
You are the way.
Today,
We shift from a place of doubt and fear to a place of abundance in the power of three.
Three long breaths,
Each with their own intention.
One,
Breathe in and hold space for your emotions.
Allow acceptance in of every emotion you feel.
Breathe out fear and resistance to this feeling.
Two,
Breathe in,
Ask for clarity and the space to hold new abundance.
Ask for answers and guidance on that one thing that's been plaguing you.
And breathe out the worry of how it will all get done.
Three,
Breathe in,
Bringing gratitude into your being.
Let it light up your energetic field and simply be grateful for being you.
Pause here and let the mind integrate this shift.
State out loud,
My intention is to shift my energetic frequency to my highest and best good.
Breathe deeply here.
Seal this new energy in with gratitude.
You are a part of the collective shift that this world needs to raise its vibration.
