Hey! Catie is happy to move and breathe with you. Seventeen years ago, Catie started teaching/coaching yoga full-time time having taught before sporadically in between being a hedge fund lawyer. Catie’s classes cover a diverse array of areas. Each class is unique and catered to you and what is happening with your body/ mind. You might want to explore handstands or feel the powerful effects of pranayama/ meditation, or develop your general mobility, or all of it. Catie is excited to work with you on your journey.
