Hi and welcome to your morning meditation for inspiring positivity.
I'm Catherine and I will be your guide.
Find a comfortable and quiet space.
You can sit down or lie down for this and take a deep breath in,
Filling your lungs with fresh air.
As you exhale slowly,
Release any tension or negativity.
Notice the surface beneath you and gently focus your attention on your breath.
There's no need to change or shape your breath in any way.
Perhaps you can tune into the sound of your breath.
Become aware of the temperature of the inhalation breath and the temperature of the exhalation breath.
If your mind wanders,
That's okay.
Just refocus on your breath.
Air moving in,
Air moving out.
Have a sense that you are inhaling positivity and exhaling any negativity or doubts.
Allow the breath to be smooth and even.
Set a positive intention for the day ahead.
What do you want to achieve?
How do you want to feel?
Have a sense that you can keep these intentions in your mind as you move through your day and let them guide your actions.
Envision your day unfolding in a positive and successful way.
Picture yourself facing challenges with ease,
Celebrating small victories and embracing moments of joy.
Visualize the positive interactions you will have and the achievements that you will accomplish.
Remind yourself that it's okay to not be perfect.
Embrace self-compassion.
Embrace self-compassion and kindness towards yourself.
If challenges arise,
Approach them with a positive mindset and a belief in your ability to overcome them.
Repeat these positive affirmations to yourself because affirmations help shape your mindset and create a positive outlook.
You can say these either silently or out loud.
I am capable of handling whatever comes my way today.
I radiate positivity and attract good things into my life.
I am grateful for the opportunities that today will bring.
And as we head towards the end of our practice this morning,
I invite you to reflect upon three things that you're grateful for.
It could be the warmth of the sun,
The air that you breathe or the people in your life.
Allow a sense of gratitude to fill your heart and set a positive tone for this day.
And remember,
Positivity is a choice and you have the power to shape your day with a positive mindset.
Embrace the opportunities.
Face challenges with resilience and let the light within you shine brightly.
Take a moment to appreciate the stillness and positivity you've cultivated.
Carry this sense of peace with you,
Ready to step into your day.
