Welcome to day six of my seven-part series of chakra meditations.

As we travel up to the next chakra,

Our third eye,

Known as the Ajna in Sanskrit,

We open up our intuition,

Our insight,

And our wisdom.

The element associated with the third eye is light,

And the color is indigo.

This chakra is located in the space between your eyebrows.

It is your trust center,

With two eyes looking outward and one eye looking inward.

This is our inner vision,

And when balanced,

We have clarity,

Inspiration,

And we become true visionaries in the world.

When we are making decisions out of fear or desperation,

This chakra center is blocked.

We can make more divinely inspired decisions when we open up this energy center using the Bija vibration of shaman while focusing our energy on the center between our eyebrows.

When we open up this energy center,

We can see clearly,

Our imagination flows freely,

And we become intuitive and insightful.

Now let's get comfortable.

Be sure to feather your nest,

Pump up your pillows and nestle in.

Let's take a deep,

Cleansing breath in together,

Breathe in,

And let it go.

Let's do that one more time.

Take a deep breath in together,

And let it go.

Allow your eyelids to feel a bit heavy,

And let them float closed.

As you settle in,

Sinking deeper and deeper and deeper into yourself,

Moving your energy and your attention up to the space between your eyebrows.

Continue breathing in and out while visualizing a bright indigo ball of light while visualizing a bright indigo ball of light that's spinning around and around,

Growing bigger and bigger in that space between your eyes.

Your third eye is opening up.

The energy is beginning to flow as your imagination begins to open up,

Running wild and free.

Watch as this indigo ball of light expands,

Opening up any blockages,

And making way for insight and intuition,

And to hear the voice of your higher self and the messages from the divine.

Now let's take a deep breath in together before we begin chanting the sound vibration of Shom to open up our third eye.

Let's take a deep breath in.

Let's do that again.

Take another deep breath in.

Let's do that one more time.

Take a deep breath in.

Now you can let go of the mantra while breathing in and out of your third eye,

Feeling the energy flowing freely as new insights,

Inspiration,

And your imagination begin to open up.

Inspiration and your imagination begin to expand,

Opening you up to new possibilities.

Allow your eyelids to gently float open as you come back into the room,

Feeling expansive and free.

Your inner vision is opening up your inner world and your outer world.
