Allow yourself to get comfortable and warm.

Sitting tall in a comfortable position or lying down on your back.

Feel your body being supported by the earth.

And begin to hold awareness for the ebb and flow of the breath.

The inhale through the nose,

And the exhale through the nose.

The inhale slowly beginning to lengthen.

And the exhale beginning to lengthen.

As you breathe again,

Just continuing to be aware of your body and how supported it is by the earth.

As you inhale now coming to let the inhale marry with the words I am.

And as you exhale,

Peace.

I am as you inhale.

Peace as you exhale.

Just continuing with that and as you do,

Just noticing how the words you speak to yourself now begin to be absorbed by the body.

Breathing in I am to the head,

And exhale peace to the head.

Bringing in I am to the face.

Exhale peace to the face.

Continuing to move through,

Breathing I am to the right shoulder.

Exhale peace.

And to the left.

Exhale peace.

Continuing to breathe in I am with each place I come to name and exhale peace to each place as a way of bringing that energy and feeling of peace to each space.

Coming to the right arm,

The left arm,

Right hand,

Left hand,

Left hand,

The space across the chest,

The belly,

The back and spine,

The pelvis,

The right leg,

The left leg,

The right foot,

The left foot,

The whole body,

The whole body.

Now inviting this feeling of peace to concentrate at the heart space by now bringing the hands to touch the center of the heart.

So left hand onto the center of the chest and right hand on top of that if you're a woman,

The opposite if you're a man.

And just allow your hands in this place to bring this feeling of peace even more embedded and rooted into your heart.

Knowing your heart is the home of your soul.

Knowing that this energy of peace can be the energy that you choose to lead from.

Staying here with this beautiful,

Peaceful energy as long as you need.
