Hello and welcome to your guided meditation.

Finding a comfortable place for your body where you can feel at ease.

The body won't be a distraction.

Once you get there,

Just letting the eyes close,

Beginning to tune into the breath.

Taking five big clearing breaths,

Breathing in through the nose and then just side out the mouth.

Just letting the body become relaxed as you breathe,

Becoming present to this moment.

And then just tuning into your body,

Noticing any sensations that you're feeling and just seeing if you can relax the body any bit more.

Relaxing the space between the eyebrows,

Your jaw unhinges,

Relax the tongue away from the roof of the mouth.

Let the shoulders relax,

The back relaxes,

Your arms and hands.

Letting yourself sink down into your seat,

Pelvic floor relaxes,

Legs and feet and ankles.

Just letting your body be at ease.

And knowing that when the mind wanders,

Which it does,

What it's designed to do is to think.

When it leaves the space of just focusing on the breath,

Just gently inviting it back to focus back onto the breath,

Back into the present moment.

And knowing that the practice of becoming aware that the mind has wandered and drawing it back is what helps us outside of our meditation practice.

Being able to redirect our focus when we need to.

So just tuning into the breath beginning to extend your inhales and your exhales,

Just letting yourself become present to the next few moments to let your mind work through whatever it needs to.

Just become aware of what's happening right here right now.

And in this place of feeling relaxed,

Feeling settled,

Being present.

Just begin to notice the parts of you that are touching the floor.

There's support beneath you,

Maybe even just noticing that there is support beneath you allows the body to relax a little bit more.

And then specifically drawing your attention to your root chakra to your yoni,

Your portal,

Your passageway.

And then just beginning to see the sacred space of your body,

Connecting with our mother,

The earth can see your roots extending down,

Reaching down through the crust of the earth,

Going down through the layers.

See them reaching all the way down until they reach the core of the earth.

And then once you're there,

Just connecting your roots to the core of the earth.

Noticing any sensations you feel or noticing the colors you see different textures.

Allowing yourself to draw up that energy,

Energy of the earth rising up through your roots.

See that traveling up,

Reaching all the way up to your body.

Noticing a sense of safety,

Stability,

Security.

Sense of being held and cared for.

Just noticing what it feels like to visualize the Earth's energy coming into your body.

Maybe start to see a color and it starts to come in through the legs,

Through the lower part of the body.

Coming up to your hips,

Your pelvic floor.

Just noticing the earth rising up into your belly.

Just letting it stop just before it reaches your heart.

Just bringing that sense of grounding to our lower energy centers.

Just soak in this energy.

Noticing any sensations that you feel within your body.

Maybe some tingling or some warmth.

And taking your time,

Just gently thinking the earth for this connection.

And letting the roots retract and slowly rise back up to your body.

And then move our attention to the crown of your head.

And you can just picture a white light just floating above your head.

Just notice what that feels like.

Maybe you're feeling sensations around the crown of your head.

And when you feel ready,

Just letting this light enter into your body through the crown.

Pulling up your head space.

Bringing a sense of connection.

Letting it float down through the body,

Going down through your neck,

To your shoulders,

Arms and hands.

Going down into your chest and letting that energy from above,

From the divine,

Begin to just co-mingle in the space of your heart with the energy of the earth.

If it would feel good,

You can just place your hands across your heart space.

Just letting the energy of the divine fill the upper half of your body.

And then just begin to dance with the earth energy.

Still taking nice slow breaths.

Just letting yourself notice what it's like to feel connected from above,

Supported below.

Feel the stability of the earth,

The denseness.

Then feel the vastness of the skies,

Of the heavens,

How much more airy and light it is.

Knowing that as humans,

We always have this connection,

That our feet are connected to the ground,

Our head reaching towards the sky.

We're always supported,

Always connected.

Just giving yourself the space to really tap into that energy,

What it feels like for you within your mind,

Within your body,

Within your spirit.

Just taking the next few moments to be present within your body,

Present within your breath,

And I'll let you know when to come back.

Slowly just releasing any visualizations,

Returning your focus to your breath.

Beginning to take some big deep breaths,

Letting it sigh out the mouth.

Maybe starting to make some gentle movements with your body.

Listening to what would feel good in this moment.

Taking a few more big breaths,

Letting them go through the mouth.

And just let your right hand come over your low belly,

Left hand over your chest.

Just find a sense of gratitude for this time and space that you've created for yourself.

Gratitude for our mother,

The earth supporting us,

No matter what.

Gratitude for our connection to the divine,

Connecting all of us to something far greater than ourselves.

It's been a joy to lead you through meditation today.

May you feel the connection and stability throughout the rest of your day.
