Hello,

Thanks for joining me today for a morning meditation including sambals and some positive affirmations.

So get your comfortable seat ready or if you would prefer you are welcome to lie down.

Whatever will support your body most and make it less of a distraction for you during your meditation.

So once you have your comfortable seat or lying down just let your eyes begin to close and start to focus on your breathing.

Just taking some big belly breaths letting the belly fully expand as you inhale.

Fully release as you exhale.

Continuing to breathe through the nose and exhale out the mouth.

Breathing in new morning energy and releasing any stagnant energy from the night sleep or any dreams that you have.

To help our mind ease into our meditation this morning we are going to use some nadi shodhana or alternate nostril breathing.

So just take your non-dominant hand and let your right nostril be covered and we will inhale through the left.

Close the left nostril,

Open the right and exhale right.

Inhale right,

Exhale left.

Inhale left,

Exhale right.

Inhale right,

Exhale left.

Continue with this pattern following your own breath letting all the focus be on the breathing.

Breathing in and out.

Still focusing on the breath.

Breathing in new life force energy and releasing any old energy that is not serving you.

Breathing in new life force energy.

Continuing until you exhale onto the left side.

Once you have completed your breathing technique just return back to your normal breath.

Just notice the body here.

Notice how the mind feels.

Noticing the clarity that can come from just breathing.

Continue to breathe in the nose out the mouth if that feels good or just normal breathing in and out of the nose.

You find your mind begins to wander which it will naturally.

Return back to breathing in through the nose and out the mouth.

Bringing you back to the present moment.

Continue to breathe allowing the imagery of breathing in the fresh new day and releasing any old or stagnant energy.

Continue to be in your mind.

Breathing in new life.

Breathing out old energy.

Continuing to see this pattern in your mind's eye.

You can begin to visualize the breath as yellow as it comes in and white as it comes out.

Finding gratitude for this new day that has just begun holding infinite potential.

Holding activities that you know about and activities that you don't know about.

Letting yourself enjoy the sounds of the bowls.

This first one I'm playing is for the root chakra.

Our center for stability and safety.

Just letting yourself know that I am secure during this day.

I am stable and grounded for this day.

I can ground my energy anytime by focusing on my breath.

I am grounded and connected with mother nature.

Centered in peace,

I find stability in my breath.

Up to our sink or chakra.

This is our energy point for sensuality,

Creativity,

All of our beautiful emotions.

I am creative.

I am sensual.

I embrace and allow for all emotions to rise.

I honor my emotions.

I allow my creative force to flow.

I embrace my sexuality.

I allow this day to be filled with passion.

I allow my emotions to come forth as they will.

I am a creative being.

Today is a new chance to create new life through my ideas,

Through my emotions,

Through my sensuality.

Up to our solar plexus chakra.

Our center for power,

Confidence.

This is where we take what we are creative and passionate about and bring it to life.

I am powerful.

I bring my ideas to life with confidence.

I see myself as a confident being.

I honor the unique strengths that only I have.

I honor my infinite and unlimited power.

I recognize that my power comes from a source greater than me.

I am powerful.

I enter into this day with a creative,

Powerful potential.

I am confident in my power.

Up to our heart chakra,

Our center for love.

I am love.

Today I let my heart be open to love and to be loved.

I accept the love from myself and I accept love from others.

Thank you for my sensitive,

Loving,

Caring heart.

I am love.

I open my heart to love and to be loved.

I am safe and grounded.

I am creative and emotional.

I am confident and powerful.

I love to love and I love to be loved.

I am happy and I love to be loved.

Letting your right hand come to your low belly,

Your left hand to your chest.

Just noticing your internal landscape.

How it feels to say positive and uplifting words to yourself.

How it feels to speak truth to yourself.

As you feel your hands against your body,

Begin to visualize yourself feeling grounded and connected.

Feeling creative and emotional.

Feeling confident and powerful.

Feeling love.

Seeing yourself and body,

What this feels like for you in your mind's eye.

Seeing yourself enter into your day feeling this way.

Feeling lifted up,

Also feeling grounded and balanced within yourself.

Feeling the true magnificence of who you are.

Knowing that you get to choose how you respond to this day.

How you interact with the universe.

How you interact with others.

Most importantly,

How you interact with yourself.

Knowing that at any moment today,

You can always come back to your breath,

You can let your hands draw on your body and focus on the breath.

Three big clearing breaths in the nose,

Out the mouth,

Sighing it out.

Just let your hands rub together briskly,

Creating some heat.

Balancing left and right sides of the body.

Let the hands come over the eyes.

Feeling the warmth along your cheeks and your eyes.

And then just let the fingers crack open,

Just allowing a little bit of light in.

You can gently begin to flutter the eyes as if you're just waking up.

Remove the hands,

You can let the eyes open,

Taking in your surroundings.

Feeling gratitude and appreciation for this new day.

Filled with infinite potential.

Filled with immense creative power that is always within you.

May you have a beautiful and blessed day.
