
Centering Meditation
Find your center and connect within. We often feel stress when we seek a center outside of ourselves. When we can tune in and found our own sense of power within it brings a renewed sense of peace. Sending you many blessings.

Welcome to meditation.
Go ahead and find a comfortable position,
Whether that's seated on the ground,
A chair,
Or even lying down.
Whatever would feel most comfortable for your body.
Once you've found that comfortable position,
Just go ahead and take a few deep breaths.
Let them be in through the nose and side out the mouth.
Ahhh.
Ahhh.
Ahhh.
Just let your eyes close.
Let your body start to relax.
Begin to focus on your breath.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Giving yourself full permission to be here now.
Just focusing on your breath.
Ahhh.
Feel your belly filling as you inhale,
Your chest rises.
Feel your body relaxing,
Letting go as you exhale.
Give yourself one hand on your heart.
Just really tuning into the breath.
Breathing deeply,
Filling up the belly,
Filling up the chest.
And then slowly releasing the breath out the mouth.
Ahhh.
Not rushing your breath,
Taking your time.
Letting the shoulders relax.
Let your jaw relax.
Your forehead.
Let the body grow heavy on your seat.
Let your hands release.
Start to notice any tension in the body.
If you need to move around to release that tension,
If there's some tension in your neck,
Maybe some shoulder shrugs or neck rolls.
Just tuning into your body and seeing what would feel good.
Maybe stillness,
Maybe movement.
Letting your breath go to those places of tension.
Bring a sense of ease and peace.
Just letting the body feel more and more relaxed with each breath.
Just giving the space to yourself to notice how you're feeling,
How your body's doing.
Just some time for observation,
Self reflection.
No need for judgment or criticism,
Just observing.
Just spending your time working through those spots of tension or tightness.
And then once you feel ready,
Just finding that comfortable position where you can be still.
Just letting your breath find its natural rhythm.
Letting your body come into alignment so it feels like your bones are stacked on top of each other.
Just starting to tune into your inner environment.
Knowing that it's okay for the mind to be speaking to us.
We just don't have to engage with it.
We can notice it and just let it go.
Notice it and let it go.
Just giving yourself the space to begin to sink in to your inner world.
What it's like to be inside of you right now.
How is it to be me in this moment?
Just checking in.
Begin to visualize that you have roots growing out,
Reaching down to the earth from your body.
See the parts of the of your body that are touching the floor,
Touching the bed or whatever you're laying down on.
See those parts of your body just growing roots and reaching down into the earth.
Maybe you see some color or you feel sensation in your body.
See images in your mind's eye.
Letting your imagination guide you and let your roots reach down deep into the core of the earth.
As you let your roots reach down and connect with our mother,
The earth at her core.
Just feel yourself receiving her energy.
The energy of the earth rising up through your roots.
Getting all the way up into your lower body,
Bringing you a sense of grounding,
Sense of stability and safety.
Just feel her nurturing energy supporting you.
Letting you know that you are loved.
Just notice what it feels like in your body to receive her energy.
And while you're here connected with her,
If there's anything you'd like to let go of,
Worries or stress,
Overthinking.
Just let that go down through your roots,
Knowing that the earth can take our energy and just recycle it back into a neutral energy.
Just letting go of what's no longer serving.
You can take some big clearing breaths as you do so.
Knowing that our mother loves to care for us,
Loves to help us cleanse and release.
Nature is always showing us a letting go.
And receiving any more energy that you might need or want,
Just letting her really nourish you.
Maybe the color of this energy shifts depending on what you need.
Just noticing what it looks like in your mind,
What it feels like in your body.
And just maintaining that sense of grounding in our lower body,
We're going to move up towards the crown of our head and just begin to see a white light entering into your body through the crown of your head.
Just let it begin to fill up your head,
Flowing down through your neck,
Your shoulders,
Just bringing a sense of relaxation,
Openness.
Flowing down until it reaches that energy of the earth.
The grounding energy and the energy of the heavens kind of intermingling in our being.
Just noticing what that feels like.
The energy of the heavens of love and acceptance,
Inspiration.
Your divine nature.
You're supported by spirit,
By love.
Taking a few moments to rest and what this feels like for you.
As you feel your being fully supported from below and from above.
Just tuning in to your own wisdom.
Can invite in a sense of your higher self.
The essence of who you are.
Which is eternal,
Blissful,
And full of all knowledge and wisdom.
So just beginning to tune into that part of yourself,
Your soul.
As you connect with the sacred part of yourself that is part of source,
Part of love,
Part of God.
Can bring in any question.
Ask for the guidance that you need.
Bringing it to a place of love.
Place of wisdom that exists within you.
As you ask for that guidance.
Presenting your question.
And then just allowing yourself to sit back and receive.
Can come in the form of an image,
A feeling,
A word,
Color.
Just letting yourself be open to receive.
Trusting what's coming through.
Letting go of any doubts or questioning of yourself.
Just letting this be a valid experience for you.
Trusting that you have access always to a power that is greater than our human selves.
Always have access to source.
And then just let both hands come towards your heart.
A sense of gratitude for whatever you heard,
Whatever you felt or saw.
Honoring the wisdom that resides within you.
And then gratitude for our earth,
Structure and support that nourishes and loves us,
Provides life.
Gratitude for the heavens above,
For our divine nature.
Just offering any other gratitudes that are on your heart.
And slowly taking your time.
Just beginning to move the body any little bit.
Beginning to reawaken,
Coming back to this physical space.
Starting to take some big breaths.
Giving yourself time to reincorporate.
When you're ready,
Slowly letting the eyes open.
And then we'll just close with three more big breaths.
Maybe just letting your eyes be soft as you reawaken.
