Hello and welcome to your guided meditation.

I invite you to find a place that is comfortable for your body.

And maybe once you arrive there,

Just letting yourself move around a little bit.

Take any any movements that would feel good to just open up the body,

Let it feel more at ease,

More relaxed in your body.

And tuning into your breath,

Noticing the inhales and the exhales.

Taking some big breaths in through the nose,

Sighing it out the mouth,

Really letting go of any tension in the body,

Worry in the mind.

Just letting go of whatever is not serving you.

Feel free to make any noise with your exhale,

Just allowing any extra tension to go.

When we release through our vocal cords,

It helps release through our root chakra,

Bringing a sense of safety and stability.

Just letting yourself openly make a little bit of noise with the exhale.

It's an act of love,

Releasing what's no longer serving.

And then finding some stillness,

Letting your breath return to its normal rhythm.

Letting the body relax,

Starting from the crown of the head,

Moving down towards the space between your eyebrows.

The jaw relax,

The tongue falls away from the roof of the mouth.

Shoulders relax,

You can grow tall through the crown of the head,

Still letting the neck and shoulders relax down.

Let your arms be heavy,

Your hands and wrists.

Let your spine be tall,

Still relax the hips and the tailbone down.

Relax your pelvic floor,

The legs all the way down to your ankles,

Your toes,

Your feet.

Feeling aligned,

Yet also relaxed,

Still breathing,

Just tuning into this moment,

Tuning into your body,

Feeling at ease.

And just finding a sense of gratitude for yourself in this space that you are creating time to connect within,

To give your brain,

Your mind space to just be,

Not having to do,

But just simply be.

Just resting in the existence of you.

Just here breathing,

That's all I have to do,

Just be here.

When your thoughts come,

Just return your focus to the breath,

In and out,

In and out.

As you feel your spine lengthen,

Your tailbone reach down,

Your crown reach up.

Just picture your spine being lit up by a white light.

You can see it coming in through the crown of the head,

Just reaching down towards your neck,

Going over your heart space,

Going down through your mid-back,

Your low-back,

Reaching all the way to the tip of your spine.

Just notice what it feels like to feel this light kind of pulsing through the spinal column.

Noticing if it has any texture or maybe different color.

Noticing the pattern of the movement of the light.

And noticing if the light is feeling more expanded in one area,

Maybe more constricted in another.

Just see if by tuning into your breath,

Relaxing the shoulders,

Relaxing the body,

You can just even out that flow.

It's reaching all areas from the root to the crown evenly,

Sense of love and peace.

And then continuing to let this light just pulse throughout your spinal column,

Bring the focus to your root chakra,

Sense of safety and stability,

Security.

Begin to see a red light here.

Just notice the quality of the red light,

The texture,

Movement,

The size,

Temperature.

Just noticing.

Just using your imagination,

Just begin to rotate that red light,

The red orb,

Just begin to rotate that clockwise,

Seeing you have a steady,

Smooth spin going clockwise.

It helps you can move your hands in that direction,

In that clockwise circle,

Just to help your mind visualize that.

You can also have your hands on your root.

Just noticing any sensations.

Then repeating to yourself,

I am safe.

I am safe.

I am safe.

And then just seeing that red light connect with the white light of your spinal column,

And move your attention up towards your sacral chakra,

Where your pelvic floor is,

Up to your belly button.

I'm just seeing an orange light here.

This is our center for passion,

For creativity,

Emotions,

Sexuality.

As you focus your attention here,

Seeing the orange orb,

Again,

Just noticing.

Noticing the temperature,

The quality of this orb.

Seeing what it's like for you.

Then again,

We'll use our imagination to begin to spin this orb clockwise.

Use your hands,

You can spin it.

Or you can have your hands on your sacral chakra.

Noticing any sensation.

Then saying to yourself,

I am creative.

I am creative.

I am creative.

And then just letting that orange light connect to your spinal column,

And then moving your focus up towards your solar plexus.

Space between your heart and your belly button.

Your center for power,

Personal will,

Taking action in the world.

And seeing a yellow orb here.

Once again,

Just noticing the quality of the orb.

Just taking time to find neutral awareness.

Just giving yourself space to connect.

Then begin to spin the orb clockwise.

Seeing that smooth,

Steady rotation.

Repeating to yourself,

I am powerful.

I am powerful.

I am powerful.

Noticing sensation.

Not judging,

Just having that neutral awareness.

Seeing this yellow light connect to the spinal column.

Moving your attention to your heart center.

Our space for love,

For being loved,

And for loving.

Center for compassion.

Seeing a green orb here.

Noticing the qualities of this green orb.

What is it like for you in this moment?

Noticing the movement,

The texture.

Just appreciating what is.

And then just begin to rotate this orb clockwise.

Smooth,

Steady rotation.

Just noticing any shifts,

Any sensations.

Repeating to yourself,

I am love.

I am love.

I am love.

Observing what it's like in your body.

Letting your green orb connect to the spinal column.

Moving your awareness up to your throat.

Our center for communication,

Speaking our truth.

Letting our voice be heard.

Seeing a blue orb here.

Taking time to just notice and observe.

What is my blue orb like today?

Then beginning to rotate this orb clockwise,

Seeing it move nice and steady.

Noticing any shifts.

Repeating to yourself,

I speak my truth with ease.

I speak my truth with ease.

I speak my truth with ease.

So again,

Just observing.

What am I noticing?

An eyewitness without needing to change.

Then letting this blue orb connect to the spinal column.

Moving your attention up to your third eye,

Space between your eyebrows.

Center for intuition,

Intellect,

Connection to higher knowledge,

Wisdom.

Seeing a violet or deep indigo light here.

Just noticing what this orb is like for you.

How is it moving?

What is it like?

And then just allowing the orb to rotate clockwise.

Gentle,

Steady movement.

Notice.

Saying to yourself,

I am wise.

I am wise.

I am wise.

Taking time to notice.

Then letting your third eye orb connect to your spinal column.

Moving your attention up to your crown chakra.

Center for connection to the divine.

Connection to the source of all life.

Place where our soul gives us body life.

Is able to connect with the super soul.

God,

Love,

Spirit.

This can be anywhere from a violet color to a white color.

Noticing the color of your crown orb.

Noticing the qualities of it.

And gently rotating this orb clockwise.

Seeing it rotate smooth and steady.

Saying to yourself,

I am divine.

I am divine.

I am divine.

Noticing finding awareness of your present experience.

And allowing your crown to connect to your spinal column.

Just seeing the white light in the spinal column.

The colors of the rainbow starting from the base of the spine all the way up to the crown.

Just notice your energy centers.

Notice if you feel any shifts from the beginning.

Notice anything you feel in your body.

No judgment or trying to change anything.

Just noticing.

Finding a few big deep breaths.

Letting your right hand come over your low belly.

Your left hand over your chest,

Over your heart.

Finding a deep sense of gratitude for yourself.

For this physical form,

For this energetic form.

That you get to inhabit in this lifetime.

Gratitude for the space that you've created for yourself to connect to your true essence.

Part of you that is beyond time and space.

Part of you that goes on forever,

That is always blissful,

That is full of wisdom.

Just let your hands send love towards your body,

Love towards yourself.

A couple more big breaths inside out the mouth.

Let the hands relax,

Slowly taking your time to come back to your space.

Giving yourself full permission to take up room in the space that you've created.

Being gentle and honoring this connection that you've established.

Taking your time to re-engage with your world.

Sending you all my love and light.

I had a tension headache I could not get rid of before doing this. It was hard to connect my body to the meditation at first so I had to restart and I definitely had blockages in my body I had to fight but once I left the light through it released and it was emotional and tears came as I went through each chakra. This was a great meditation to clear chakra energy. Thank you! Oh and ky headache is gone!!
