We live on a beautiful blue planet,
Spinning through space,
Infinitely.
And as such,
We need to look after this planet.
So this meditation is designed to help us connect in with our wonderful home.
So as we begin,
Gently closing your eyes and taking in three deep,
Relaxing breaths,
Allowing the air to fill your lungs.
And as you exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension or worries that you may be carrying.
With each breath,
Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into a state of tranquility and peace.
Now bringing your awareness to your heart centre.
Allow your breath to flow into your heart and then back out as you exhale.
Feel the rhythm of your breath flowing into and out of your heart.
As you continue to breathe into and out of your heart,
You recognise your heart as the place where love resides within you.
You feel a warm golden light beginning to glow within the centre of your chest,
Pulsating with each beat of your heart.
Feel the gentle rhythm and the steady flow of energy radiating from this source of love.
As you connect with this love within your own heart,
You recognise that this love is not limited to yourself alone.
It is boundless.
It is infinite.
And it has the power to touch every corner of this beautiful planet.
As you continue to connect with this love,
This golden light grows and begins to radiate out beyond your heart space to encompass your entire body.
And it feels glorious.

You visualise the earth in front of you,
Suspended in space.

See them living and feeding and running and playing throughout the lands and waters.
With each inhale and exhale,
Share more golden loving energy to our beautiful earth.
This world nourishes and supports the growth of every plant,
Every animal and every being,
Including yourself and those you love.
Feel the interconnectedness of all life.
The sacred bond between humans,
Animals and plants.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
