A mindful minute to reconnect to yourself and slow down.

Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Breathe deeply and allow yourself to arrive in this moment.

With your next breath,

Be totally aware of your inhale.

Sense how your breath travels into your nose,

Down your lungs and into your belly and then exhale as slowly as you can,

Where it feels comfortable for you.

Also here,

Pay attention to how slowly your breath travels out of your body.

And repeat it one more time.

Inhale and exhale slowly,

Slowing down completely.

Slow down,

Down,

Down,

Relaxed.

And sense how you feel now.

This is how one minute makes a difference.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
