Good evening.
This meditation is meant to take a break.
In the middle of the day.
You notice that you're Day is just not going smoothly.
That.
Things just feel a little stuck and everything's coming hard.
Sometimes it's best to just take a little break.
So that's what we're going to do here.
So I invite you to settle into a comfortable place.
Even if it's just at your desk.
Recognize the surface beneath you,
Your chair,
Whatever,
Wherever you are.
Just breathe.
In through the nose.
Now through the mouth.
Continue to breathe in.
And out.
And the end.
And out.
Just start to notice the subtle.
Settle.
Welcoming in a little peace.
And allowing yourself to just disconnect.
From what's not working in this moment.
The middle of your day.
Letting go of all the tasks before you today.
Letting go of all the calls,
The demands on yourself.
And allowing in a little space for that piece.
Space for that calm.
Space for a little reset.
I'd like to have you visualize bright white light.
Coming down from above through your crown.
Washing and clearing.
Through your clown,
Through your crown.
Down through your third eye.
Your throat.
Through your chest and your heart chakra.
If any tension rises up,
Just allow yourself a deeper breath.
Breathing in.
And allowing for its release.
Continue to allow that light to come down.
Through your solar plexus.
Into your sacral.
And you root.
Down your legs.
All the way to your feet.
Down into the earth.
Completing that connection between.
The divine.
And our beautiful planet.
Re-grounding yourself for the day.
Just allowing this peace to settle in deeply.
Allowing the tensions to rise up.
And exit.
Leaving more calm.
Or peace.
More space.
Or whatever message needs to come through to you right now.
And as you take this moment to reset for your day.
For all your tasks.
Continue with the breath.
Let's take a deeper look.
At all that is calling to us right now.
All those obligations we thought we had.
Before we started.
All those things that were overwhelming us.
And in this space of peace.
Now we can reassess that situation.
Reorganize all those priorities.
Bringing a clearer vision as to.
What things are really important in this moment.
And allowing ourselves a little grace.
A little love.
Little self-care.
And as you observe this list.
Allow the top three.
Items to Step forward.
And with those three.
We allow the others to drop back.
Giving ourselves a little more focus.
Where we can do the job.
More effectively,
More completely.
More peacefully.
I invite you to finalize your top three list for today.
Congratulate yourself now for taking this little moment to reset today.
Take a higher perspective.
And reorganize your priorities.
For your highest good and the highest good of all.
And when you're ready,
Take another deep breath in through the nose.
Let it all go out through the mouth.
Start to bring yourself back to the room.
Surface beneath you.
Reconnecting back to the planet.
And your physical space.
Bring some light movement into your body and take a deep breath in.
And release.
And come back when you're ready.
