Hello and welcome to this Reiki infused Heart Healing Meditation.
I'm receiving messages today that we all need Heart Healing,
Whether it's individual or as a mass consciousness.
So if you are open to receiving this Healing,
Heart Healing energy,
Just say yes in your mind's eye.
Let's take a deep breath in and release.
Take another deep breath in and release.
Take another deep breath in.
Let it all go.
And one more deep cleansing breath in.
And release it all.
As you settle into that softer,
Gentler breath,
Allowing each cycle to calm and soothe your body.
I will take a moment to connect and then we will begin.
Allowing yourself to relax.
Welcome in that sense of peace.
And I invite you to bring your hands to your heart.
Whether you are feeling pain from a relationship,
A friendship,
Or just feeling the hurts from family at a distance or close,
Or that pain around the world.
The message is thank you for feeling,
Caring.
We invite you now to release that pain.
Today we will try to release some of that pain that we're feeling,
That heaviness.
And then invite in the love.
And then send that love out to the world.
And share that healing.
As you hold your hands over your heart,
Feel that emerald green light glowing and growing.
Growing brighter and more vivid.
Feel a healing taking place.
Forgiveness.
Will you take a deep breath in.
And on the exhale release any pain you've been holding on to.
Inhale with forgiveness.
And release any anxiety,
Resentment,
And hurt.
Feel that emerald green light getting brighter and more vivid.
Warmer.
As it grows,
See it fill your aura.
And as you feel that love fill your heart even more and more.
Allow this light to shine.
Bigger and bigger to envelop your home and your family.
Sharing that love with them.
And as it grows bigger and brighter,
Allow it to fill your town.
Sharing the love with the town you live in.
Spreading to your county and your state.
And your region.
See it grow and spread to your country.
Sharing that love with everyone in your country.
Letting it grow out to the world.
And the universe.
Until this beautiful emerald light reaches God.
All the way to the ends of the universe.
Let's just sit here in this healing light of love.
As long as you wish.
This light is available to anyone who wishes.
Anyone who needs it.
Anyone who is open to welcome it in.
Feel all of the hearts of the universe beating together.
It's time to come back now to our physical space.
Let's bring some light movement into our bodies.
Take a deep breath in.
And release.
