Right now,
Many of us are feeling some very heavy energy around us and within us.
We're also having a hard time figuring out why,
Pinpointing where or why it's here.
This is part of our progress to a higher consciousness.
These heavier energies that we are feeling must be felt so we can move through them and let them go.
This leaves space for that to come.
Will you join me in this meditation to break through these energies and move beyond them?
I'm infusing some Reiki healing energy in this meditation,
So if you are open to receive,
Just say yes.
As I connect remotely,
Will you find a comfortable position with a nice straight spine and take a deep breath in and release.
Breathe in deeply and let it all go and breathe in deeply.
One more cleansing breath and one more full cleansing breath out.
As I connect,
Settle into that softer,
Gentler breath and allow each cycle to soothe your body,
Your mind and your spirit.
As you feel your mind let go of that chatter,
Just start to settle,
Settle and settle.
Imagine yourself stepping outside of the reasoning body.
Give yourself this space to observe without attachment.
This energy you've been feeling,
Resisting and maybe even ignoring,
Where does it come from?
Trust what comes up for you.
As we come to higher consciousness,
Things will rise up unexpectedly.
They will sometimes take us by surprise.
These may be things we thought we'd cleared long ago or they may be something from a past life or something totally new.
Allow yourself to feel what this is.
Just sit with it for a few moments.
Now take a deep breath in and allow yourself to release it on the exhale.
Feel it leave with your breath.
Do this as many times as you need to until you feel its absence.
Feel how much lighter you feel in your mind and in your body.
Notice that sense of relief.
Bring your attention to your heart now and feel your heart's energy and offer thanks and gratitude for this relief.
Now you have made space for your next step on your journey.
Congratulations for doing this inner work.
Feel the love in your heart for yourself now,
For following your path and your purpose,
No matter how hard it feels.
It's time to come back now to our physical space.
Start to notice your surroundings and take a deep breath in and release and come back when you're ready.
