Welcome to this full moon in Libra.
The pink full moon,
Which is a perfect sign of spring is arriving,
Has arrived.
On the calendar it's arrived.
Physically it may not have so far.
But this is a full moon that is perfect for inner balance,
Harmony,
All the things that Libra is about.
A great time to fall into change,
Growth,
And rid ourselves of the baggage that we may be carrying around,
Physically and emotionally,
And just letting go.
This is a great time for a fresh start,
Doing some well-needed inner spring cleaning,
And make adjustments where needed.
It's also a great time for forgiveness,
Forgiveness to others and to ourselves.
We often tend to be very hard on ourselves,
And giving ourselves some much-needed forgiveness is also very healing.
If we're feeling a little upheaval in our lives right now,
Physically,
Emotionally,
That's just a sign that we've got change going on,
And that we need to find that balance.
And going with the flow and moving with that change,
Allowing ourselves to grow through it,
And allow ourselves to experience that change,
That growth,
And find that inner center again.
So if you will,

Find a comfortable position with a nice straight spine.
Let's take a deep breath in and release.
Breathe in again deeply and let it all go.
Breathe in one more time,
Deep breath in,
And let it all out.
Allow yourself to settle into that softer,
Gentler breath,
Allowing each inhalation and exhalation to calm your body and your mind.
Feel the soothing rhythm of the breath massaging your mind and your body,
And allowing each exhalation to take away any of those thoughts that try to interrupt.
As they do come in,
Just acknowledge them and let them go.
Notice those thoughts giving you a little more space in between as we let them go and relax and settle in.
Notice the effects of gravity on your body,
The connection in your physical space,
Where you're seated or lying right now.
Notice that surface beneath you,
The connection between you,
And the security that that provides.
Feel the true comfort in this space and that inner harmony.
Take a moment now to think about your intentions.
What is that baggage that you need to release and let go of in this full moon?
What things have been weighing you down?
Set those intentions now.
Let's take a deep breath in.
Breathe in deeply.
And as you release,
Physically let them go.
Release those intentions now so you can bring that inner balance.
Breathe out and release.
Breathe in again,
Allowing that breath to envelop your intentions.
And as you breathe out,
Feel the release,
Letting it all go,
Coming back to that softer breath.
Feel the rhythm again,
That soothing,
Calming breath,
Bringing you back to your center.
And as we settle into the balance of this center,
Take a moment to set those new intentions.
How will you take your new,
Fresh start?
Where will you grow and how?
Take this time to set those intentions now.
Now,
As we breathe in deeply,
Submerse yourself into this future,
Into this growth,
How it will happen and emerge,
How you will grow.
Be there now.
Feel your growth.
Feel how it feels to be there in this moment.
What does that look like in your eyes?
What does that look like with no limits,
No restrictions?
What does it feel like?
What must you do to create this vision,
To allow it to happen?
Breathe in deeply and set this vision in stone.
So be it,
And so it is.
