Welcome, Dear one. Take a moment to soften into whatever is holding you. The floor, A cushion, Your bed. Allow your breath to deepen slowly. Inhale through the nose. Hold softly at the top. Exhale, Like you're releasing weeks of tension through the mouth. Again, Inhale, Soften, And exhale. Let your shoulders melt. Let your belly soften. Let the busyness of life fall away. You are stepping into a sacred container aligned with the new moon in Sagittarius, A lunar gateway of hope, Direction, Adventure, And meaningful expansion. A time when your soul whispers, There is more waiting for you. Allow yourself to arrive fully. And as you do, I will take a moment to connect. This meditation will be infused with Reiki healing energy. So if you are open to receiving, Simply accept in your mind's eye. Bring your awareness down to the base of your spine. Feel the anchor point, The root of your being. Imagine a warm, Slow pulse of red gold energy glowing there. With each exhale, This glow extends downward. Like roots unfurling into the earth. Feel your body get heavier, Your breath slower, Your muscles softer. Let your brow smooth, Your jaw release. Your tongue fall from the roof of your mouth. Every exhale invites your nervous system into deeper stillness. You are grounded. You are held. You are safe to explore. Now, Imagine above your head a soft, Velvety darkness. Not empty, But full of potential. This is the new moon's energy, Still, Fertile, Waiting. Within this dark sky, A shimmering silver gold light begins to gather. It swirls gently, Forming a small luminous sphere. The inner light of Sagittarius, Hope, Higher wisdom, Vision and truth. See this sphere descend slowly until it rests just above the crown of your head. You may feel tingling, Warmth or a gentle pressure. With your next breath, Allow this moonlight to pour down through your crown, Washing your mind clear, Like soft rain on a windowpane. It clears all stories, Old beliefs, Old identities you've outgrown. Let it fall down to your throat and heart, Down to your solar plexus, Down to your womb or your sacral center, Down your legs, Until your entire body is bathed in this quiet, Radiant glow. This is clearing space for the new. With the clarity of this lunar light, Notice gently what has been weighing on you lately, What belief or pattern feels tight or limiting, What fear says, Not yet, Not you, Not possible. Don't force any answers, Just observe gently. Now imagine a small fire burning at your feet, A Sagittarius fire, Warm, Crackling, Transformative. Offer into this fire any heaviness, Confusion or old stories that no longer align with who you are becoming. Watch them dissolve into smoke. No struggle, No resistance. Just release. Feel your chest expand slightly as you let go. Feel more spacious inside. Now imagine yourself standing in a quiet, Open landscape, Perhaps a desert, A mountaintop, A wild coastline or a wide meadow, A place that feels like freedom, A place your soul recognizes. The sky above you is endless and deep, Filled with stars. Sagittarius is sky. And before you lies an open path stretching forward into darkness and possibility. This is your vision pathway, The path your soul wants to walk next. As you breathe, Allow the path to slowly illuminate, As if lit by tiny golden lanterns. Feel that light enter your chest, Warm, Steady, Grounded. Let it move through your ribs, Into your belly, Down your spine.
