I invite you to find a comfortable space where you can fully relax.
Close your eyes and take a long slow breath in and release it with ease.
Again,
Breathing in deeply and exhale fully.
Allowing yourself to arrive here in this sacred moment.
Now imagine yourself walking along a gentle forest path.
The air is fresh,
The trees tall and protective,
The ground soft beneath your feet.
You feel safe,
Supported and at peace.
As you walk,
You notice a quiet clearing up ahead.
In the very center of this clearing is a glowing light,
Warm and inviting.
You feel drawn to it.
As you step into the clearing,
The light begins to take shape.
It becomes a figure,
A guide,
Radiant and kind.
This guide represents your inner wisdom,
Your intuition,
The part of you that always knows the way.
Take a moment to notice how they appear.
Perhaps they look like a wise elder.
Perhaps they resemble you.
Or maybe they are simply a presence of light.
Trust whatever comes.
Your guide smiles at you with deep love.
They place a hand on your heart and you feel a wave of peace and clarity wash over you.
In this silence,
You know.
You are safe.
You are guided.
You are never alone.
Now in your heart,
Ask your guide.
What do I need to know right now in this season of my life?
Wait quietly.
Notice the words,
The images,
The feelings,
Or the sensations that arrive.
Trust whatever comes.
It is your soul speaking.
Take a few moments to simply receive the light.
Take a few moments to perceive.
Breathing deeply as the wisdom flows into you.
When you are ready,
Your guide takes your hand and whispers.
Trust yourself.
I am always within you.
You already know the way.
Feel these words sink into your being and let them become your truth.
Slowly,
The light of your guide begins to soften,
Blending back into the clearing.
Yet you know you can return anytime you wish.
Begin to walk back down the forest path,
Carrying the wisdom and love with you.
With each step,
Feel yourself returning to your body,
To this moment,
To this breath.
Take a deep inhale and exhale slowly.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Carry this knowledge with you.
Your intuition,
Your inner wisdom is always here.
