More centered.
Visualize a quiet night sky,
The moon dark or just beginning to glow.
This is the energy of the Lunar New Year,
Not rushing,
Not loud,
But full of possibility.
It carries the wisdom of cycles,
Reminding you that endings and beginnings are woven together.
Allow yourself to feel gratitude for what has brought you here,
Even the lessons that were challenging.
As those things rise up,
I invite you to silently repeat.
I release what no longer belongs in this new cycle.
I honor what has shaped me.
I welcome fresh energy into my life.
Imagine gently letting go of old heaviness,
Making space for something lighter.
