Hello and welcome.

I'm Candy Foster and I'm a mindfulness meditation instructor and a Reiki Master Teacher.

This Reiki infused meditation to let go of stress has been channeled for your highest and best good.

If you are open to receiving this Reiki healing energy just say yes and we will begin.

First of all find a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed and find a comfortable position.

Let's take a deep breath in.

Allow it to go deep into your belly and release the breath all the way out.

Breathe in just as deeply again and release fully.

Let's take one more deep inhalation in and hold for a moment at the top of the breath and release.

Start to settle into a softer,

Gentler breath and fall into the rhythm of each round of breathing.

Allow each breath to cleanse the body,

Mind and spirit a little more.

Like polishing a beautiful piece of jewelry.

Taking away a little more of that tarnish with each exhalation.

Each inhale brings you new,

Cleaner energy and each exhale polishes a little more.

Focus on this image of polishing and shining that gem.

Feel the tension in your chest start to dissipate with each breath.

Consciously relax a little more and let go of all that icky stuff that rises up.

If toxic thoughts come up,

Just acknowledge them as just thoughts and let them pass with the exhalation.

Polish it away.

Breathe in the new,

The calm and the beautiful.

Breathe out the old,

The toxic and the tarnished.

You are no mere rock.

You are a beautiful gemstone.

So release all that toxic energy and thoughts back to the earth to be transmuted.

Let it go and feel renewed.

Let each inhale fill you up with new energy,

Positive thoughts and more beauty and love than you ever felt.

Bring that feeling into your heart and let it grow with each breath.

Feel it,

Love it,

Grow it.

Just polish all that stress away.

See all that tarnish disappearing.

The tarnish is gone.

The stress is gone.

Now you're just polishing to create more shine and sparkle and joy in your life.

Start to come back to your physical space.

Notice the environment around you.

Take a deep breath in and release.
