This full moon in Cancer is a very emotionally charged one for sure. We will all find ourselves surrounded by emotions in our relationships of all kinds right now. Taking the time to reflect on our relationships will help us flow with those emotions better. Release the old and welcome in the new.

Hello and welcome.

I'm Candy Foster and I'm a meditation instructor and a Reiki master teacher.

I will be your host today for this full moon meditation.

This full moon in Cancer is a very emotionally charged one for sure.

We will all find ourselves surrounded by emotions in our relationships of all kinds right now.

This means from our romantic relationships to our friends and family relationships.

Emotions are running high at both ends and it is important to remain grounded and in the moment.

This is where we will be able to flow with the water energy of Cancer.

So let's begin.

Will you please find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed and take a deep breath in and release.

Breathe in again deeply and out again fully.

Take one more deep inhalation and one more full exhalation.

Settle into a softer more fluid breath and allow it to start to soothe your body and your mind.

As you breathe,

Allow yourself to settle.

Begin to reflect.

Reflect on your true self.

Search for the true self and connect with that self.

When connected with this true self you,

What do you need to let go of?

What needs to be released from your life right now?

What relationships are no longer serving you at this time?

Trust what comes up.

With this information,

Set your intentions of what you need to let go of.

Change.

Breathe in deeply and let it all go on the exhalation.

Now,

With this true self view under this Cancer moon,

Reflect on what you want to manifest in this moon cycle,

Especially concerning relationships.

Feel,

Set your intentions around this.

Visualize it,
