My name is Candy Foster.
I'm a mindfulness meditation instructor and a Reiki master teacher.
I am so happy to bring you this inspired action meditation to help you take action towards your dreams.
We all have great dreams and aspirations but sometimes we can get stuck as to what to do next,
Where to begin,
Or even just getting motivated.
I am thrilled to assist you on your journey to inspired success.
The fact is that just dreaming about it won't make it happen.
We have to take some action.
I suggest having a pen and paper handy for when you finish because you will have some things to write down.
Create some action steps and move closer to those dreams.
All right,
Will you please find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed and settle into a comfortable position with a straight spine.
Close your eyes and notice the effects of gravity on your body.
Notice that connection between you and the surface beneath you.
Recognize your eventual connection back to the earth.
Now let's take a deep breath in.
Fill your lungs to capacity.
As you release,
Empty the lungs fully.
Take another deep inhalation and release completely.
Let's take one more deep breath.
Hold it at the top of the breath for a moment and release.
Fall back into a more natural breath pattern and relax into the rhythm of your prana.
Allow it to settle and calm your nervous system,
Your mind and your body.
Feel your body release any tension you are hanging on to.
Just let it go.
Continuing to breathe,
Bring to mind your goals and aspirations with an attitude of receptivity.
This is a judgment-free zone.
We are assessing the current status and observing where we are at in this moment.
Give yourself this time to observe your goals.
Where do you want to be?
What do you want to feel?
What does it look like?
As the answers come up,
Sit with them for a moment and take it all in.
Now what action can you take to move closer to your dreams?
Big or small,
It doesn't matter.
Imagine taking one step every day,
Moving you closer to your dreams faster than you ever thought.
See yourself moving forward,
Making changes,
Progress and inspiration.
Can you feel the success of attaining your goals?
Can you see it?
Imagine it,
Feel it,
Smell it,
Taste it.
Feel the inspiration,
The passion,
The love of your dreams.
Ask your higher self,
What is my next best move?
What do I need to do next?
What feels good?
What inspires me?
Let the information download flow and inspire you even further.
Let your mind fill up and overflow with inspired ideas.
Just allow it to flow.
It's time to come back now to your physical space.
Notice the environment around you.
Take a deep breath in and release.
Start to wiggle your toes and fingers and open your eyes when you're ready.
Now write down whatever came up.
Maybe connect with your higher self and just let the words flow onto the paper.
Channel that information and start taking action.
