Hello beautiful.
Welcome to this new moon activation to enhance your intuition with Reiki healing energy.
If you're open to receiving this energy,
Just say yes in your mind's eye.
As Reiki is a free will modality,
I always invite you to simply accept in your mind to receive.
Will you find a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed and take a deep breath in and release.
Breathe in deeply and out fully.
Let's take one more deep breath in through the nose and one more full breath out through the mouth.
Start to settle back into that softer,
More natural breath.
Just allow your breath to guide you back into a place of peace and serenity and receptivity.
As you arrive in this place of peace,
I welcome you to take a moment to set your intentions for this activation today while I connect with your energy.
Will you bring your awareness to the present moment and just start to clear your mind.
In this cleared space,
Allow yourself to witness whatever energies come forth to show themselves for release.
Those things and energies that no longer are serving you for your highest good.
Once you've witnessed,
Acknowledged,
And seen them for what they are,
How they've served you in the past,
And recognize they are no longer needed,
Show them gratitude for their service as you release them with a clearing exhale.
Repeat as many times as you need in order to let it go.
With a clearer mind,
Bring your awareness back to your intentions for this new moon.
Bring those intentions into your heart space.
And as you breathe,
Breathe life into them as if fanning the fire.
You are giving it new life.
With each breath,
Your vision grows.
Allow each breath to bring you into that moment and those feelings.
Welcoming this vision into your reality.
Embracing the dreamy energy of the new moon and setting this vision into motion.
Coming back now to your physical space,
Start to recognize your surroundings,
The surface beneath you,
The feet on the floor,
The bum on the chair,
Your connection back to the planet,
Grounding in this energy.
Grounding it into your reality.
Bring some light movement into your body and take a deep breath in.
And release.
And come back when you're ready.
