A little note for this month,
We're coming into June and.

.
This month really kicks off a three-month manifestation threshold.
So if you have things that you're working on manifesting,
Know that this is a great month to really start to focus on that.
We're going to be clearing energies,
Getting rid of the things that aren't working and really start progressively working towards July and August.
Now August is our Lion's Gate.
This is a huge manifestation portal and actually truly my favorite time of the year.

Today's card is card number 36,
Develop Healthy Routines.
This is the third time we've pulled this card this month.
And it's the same card we pulled yesterday.
Routine is very calming to the human nervous system.
Which is why infants and young children are often kept on a regimented sleeping,
Eating,
And even playtime routines.
Think of a child's bedtime ritual.
Which might involve a kiss goodnight or a story.
People who are very intuitive,
Particularly empaths or those strong in the clairsentient psychic pathway,
Have extrasensitive nervous systems.
A hyperperceptive nervous system that picks up on all the emotions,
Energy,
And physical stimuli in the environment can often quickly Be grounded and settled by routine.
Pulling this card suggests that healthy routines will stabilize your sixth sense.
Sometimes the more predictable your daily routines.
The more predictably your sixth sense will respond with insights.
Alright,
Take a moment to settle in.
Take in the message,
The energy here.
Just this process of settling in starts to calm our nervous system.
Especially if we do this same time every day.
Creates a good routine.
Notice how you feel.
When you complete something that you do routinely every day.
My ritual is to sit down and have a meditation each morning.
Before I really start my day.
Those days when I miss that.
I can feel it.
And when I miss a couple days in a row,
It's like,
It's intense.
I know that I have to get back to my routine because I feel immediately calmer,
Clearer.
And just peaceful.
When I'm done my routine of taking that time for myself.
Clears my head,
Calms my mind.
And I just feel good,
I see things in a different manner.
It doesn't have to be meditation for you.
What is it for you?
That you do routinely or semi-routinely.
That you see that makes that difference for you.
Just having that knowledge.
Will create the incentive to do it more routinely.
For your own peace of mind.
For your own calming of your nervous system.
