The other day I was getting ready for a wellnes expo and was feeling nervous, stressed, anxious, ant totally out of my body. I sat down to meditate and this meditation came through. I'm honored to share it with you today.

The other day,

I was getting ready for a wellness expo,

And was feeling nervous,

Stressed,

Anxious,

And totally out of my body.

I sat down to meditate,

And the meditation emerged.

Within minutes,

I was calm and poised and ready for the journey ahead.

I'm honored to share that with you today.

I invite you to find a place to relax and close your eyes.

Place your hands face down,

And start to breathe deeply in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Do this a few times as I connect with your energy.

As your breath continues,

Witness your body relaxing.

Witness the chatter quieting and slowing.

As you relax and quiet,

See the fog start to dissipate and clear,

Reopening your awareness to your security in this moment.

Your connection to the earth below and the sky above,

The surface beneath you,

The ground beneath you,

And its massiveness.

You are safe.

I invite you to turn your palms up to father sky,

And as this fog of overwhelm starts to clear and leave your space,

You start to see and feel the calm,

The clarity.

Allow this transformation to take place,

Letting go of all of that stress,

Recognizing the reality of it all.

Now,

Breathe deeply,

And allow yourself to take in this clarity,

This peace,

And your own presence.

Now,

Allow a vision to emerge for how your day will proceed.

See it,

Feel it,

Believe it.

Now,

You just need to claim it.

I invite you to come back now to your physical space,

Recognizing your surroundings,

Your connection back to the planet,

Grounding in this vision with your connection to Gaia.

Bring some light movement into your body,

And take a deep breath in,

And release,

And come back when you're ready.

Stress,

Or just totally out of your body.

It's amazing when we have the presence to take that moment,

Those few moments,

To just disconnect.
