Welcome to this channeled Reiki healing session.

My name is Candy Foster and I am a meditation instructor and a Reiki master teacher.

And today is actually the 2nd of January.

I know this won't be out there until the middle of the month or so.

So we're just going to channel the message and healing that needs to come for whenever this becomes available to you all.

If you are open to receiving this Reiki healing,

Just say yes and we will begin.

So find yourself a comfortable position with a nice straight spine and settle in so you can be comfortable for the duration.

Let's take a deep breath in and release.

Take another deep breath in,

Filling your lungs.

And then let it all go.

And take one more deep breath in and let it all go,

Allowing your body to relax and soften,

Your mind to quiet and settle.

Come back to a softer,

Gentler breath,

More natural breath.

And allow that breath to soothe the body from the top,

Moving down,

Allowing each breath to flow over you as if melting down over the top of your head,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Feeling everything relax as the breath just soothes it down over the head,

Down over the arms,

Chest and back.

Feel the warming energy just soothing every part of your body,

Down over your stomach and back,

Your hips and thighs,

Soothing your knees and relaxing your calves,

Softening your ankles,

Your feet and your toes.

And allow the next breath to just flow down over your entire body,

Letting go of whatever might be bothering you,

Troubling you,

Just letting it disappear.

Now start to bring your focus to the very center of your head,

That cross-section,

The line where to go from ear to ear,

The center from your nose back,

The very center of your head.

Just visualize this point,

Feel this point in your head,

In your mind.

This is your true center.

Feel the energy in this space.

Feel how the energy flows and moves.

Notice how it gets bigger and smaller as you breathe.

This place is our power center for change.

This place is where we make the decisions to be stuck or move forward.

In this world,

We have so many things coming at us,

So many things that feel like they're holding us back.

But when we notice those thoughts,

Those thoughts of being stuck,

Those negative thoughts of something else is holding us back,

Something else is holding us down,

Someone else is holding us down.

Come to this place and allow your mind to be changed.

Allow yourself to be open to another way of viewing it,

Opening the doors to insight and inspiration,

Empowerment.

This place can change anything.

As you focus on this area,

See a light at that very point,

The very center of your head,

See that light,

A little spark.

And with every breath,

See it grow.

See that spark grow into a beautiful light,

A brilliant light,

The light of your future,

The light of change and power,

Personal power from within,

Allowing you to change your mind and change your world.

Allow that light to grow bigger and bigger.

And as it does,

You can see the bigger picture.

You can see everything changing when you become open to the possibilities.

Open your mind to all the things,

The ways,

The paths,

The experiences out there for you.

Allow that light to grow and grow with your wildest dreams.

Allow that light to bring you the messages that you need to move forward because you're no longer being held back or held down by anyone around you.

Build a vision within this light of how you will move forward,

What you will achieve,

What you will accomplish,

And who will you help in the process.

Allow this vision to build in your mind down to every detail.

Feel yourself there.

Feel how it feels.

Feel it in your heart.

Feel it in the very center of your mind.

See it clearly,

Crisply,

As if it were here right now.

It's time to come back now to your physical space.

Allow this beautiful image to be stored in the center of your mind as that light comes back in,

As it comes back in smaller and smaller.

It's just being stored there for you to come back to again and again.

Start to acknowledge the space around you.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Start to wiggle your fingers and toes and come back when you're ready.

Come back to this meditation anytime you need a little more inspiration,

Anytime you're feeling like something's in your way in whatever you have going on in your life.

We always have the ability to find another way around things,

Be creative and empowered.
