At the Lake House

Do you have memories of a vacation at the lake house as a kid with your kids or even last summer? Do you remember how that felt or even do you want to? Let's go there now to take that vacation in our minds. Will you settle into a position with a nice straight spine and take a deep breath in and release. Breathe in filling the lungs and out fully emptying them. Breathe in one more time deeply and out fully. Allow your breath to soften to a more natural pace. Allow it to calm your whole body. Bring your attention to the surface beneath you. Notice the security that that provides. As your breath calms the body and the mind feel that surface become the dock of the lake. Feel that breeze coming off the lake. It's refreshing on your face. Feel the sun kissing your skin. The warmth is so calming and comfortable. You start to feel any tension just start to melt away. The air smells fresh of all the surrounding trees and water. Can you hear the birds, The breeze coming off the water, The water lapping over the rocks at the shore. This place just brings so much tranquility into your mind and your body. Allow yourself to soak it all up like the sun. Feel your skin getting warm and more relaxed and that sense of calm and peace just falling over you. It's time to come back to your physical space bringing back those memories and visions with you with that sense of calm and peace.
