This meditation honors the energy of 3-3-3-3,
An invitation to expand,
Embody,
And live your soul's truth fully and unapologetically.
This meditation is infused with Reiki healing energy,
So if you're open to receive,
Simply accept in your mind's eye.
And as you come to your center,
Allow me a moment to connect.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,
Following the rhythm of your breath.
Feel your body anchored to the earth.
Expansion is only safe when you are grounded.
Imagine a column of light moving through you,
From above,
Through your heart,
Into the earth.
You are the bridge.
Repeat silently in your mind,
I allow my soul to move through me.
Feel your energy gently expand.
Not leaving your body,
But filling it more fully.
This is embodiment,
Not escape.
Here we ask ourselves,
How does my soul want to express itself now?
What am I ready to step into?
Allow the clarity to arise naturally,
Releasing expectation and control.
Surrender to the answers.
3-3-3-3 reminds us,
You are ready,
You are capable,
You are becoming.
As you gather this information and downloads,
Start to bring yourself back to your physical space.
Recognizing your surroundings,
The surface beneath you.
