Laughter therapy,
How do you feel when you laugh?
Laughter benefits your physical mental and spiritual health in physical terms Laughter boosts your immune system by decreasing Stress hormones in your body it releases endorphins Which helps to relieve pain and it also improves your digestion for your mental health laughter eases anxiety improves your mood and even improves your relationships Laughter often brings the sensation of joy passion and love although When we are experiencing negative emotions of sadness anger grief Fear it can be somewhat challenging to reach for the joy for the laughter So the aim of this meditation is to help you to access the laughter And the way I'm going to encourage you to do that is to offer laughter of kids and babies There's something contagious about Laughter,
So I invite you to listen to this beautiful cute laughter of babies and allow yourself to either laugh with them or Wait until the end of the section where you're gonna have space to laugh It is normal that we feel a little bit awkward laughing or worried about What someone will think of us?
This is a space for you to pretend that you're laughing if that's not coming easy to you or to really really go there and activate all this juice and goodness in your body in your belly Let's go Laughing uma laughing Aren't those babies and kids great?
Letting that contagious feeling to take over.
And maybe if you're not laughing yet,
You can start by contracting the belly muscles as if there was an invisible punch in your belly.
So you can go,
Ha,
Ha.
This exercise is already stimulating all those good hormones,
The happiness hormones,
Serotonin,
Endorphins.
So I'll leave a couple of minutes here for you to laugh.
