This is Camilla Sunshine and this meditation is for you to experience inner peace.
I'm going to share some affirmations and I want you to feel into them.
Even if they don't feel 100% true for you right now,
Just allow yourself to connect to how it feels to you.
Pretend as if it was true and let's practice that together.
Taking a deep breath in and out.
Just repeating after me mentally or out loud.
I have lived an incredible life so far.
I remember my joy as a kid.
I have caring people around me.
I have actually achieved a lot.
I have had amazing conversations.
I am an important piece of the whole.
I belong here.
I flow with life.
I replace control with trust.
I allow my body to be healthy.
I receive abundance with joy.
Abundance is my birthright.
I am already succeeding.
I see my future clearly.
I am kind and gentle with myself.
I am compassionate with myself when I make mistakes.
I see the best in people.
I give myself permission to see the best in me.
I allow myself to flourish.
I forgive myself for all mistakes.
I am learning to love myself despite those imperfect parts.
I breathe in energy and life source into my heart now.
I allow it to expand throughout my whole body.
I am making myself whole,
Pure and worthy right now.
I belong in the world just the way I am.
I am not alone.

Letting those vibrations settle in your body.
