Take a deep breath,
Close your eyes,
And prepare to wash away what isn't serving you.
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated,
Lying,
Or feet firm on the ground.
Inhale deeply.
As you exhale,
Imagine everything you release during this meditation is draining into the ground beneath you.
Wash away anxiety,
Bitterness,
Chaos,
Depression,
Exhaustion,
Fear,
Insomnia,
Jealousy.
Take a deep breath in,
Exhale.
Wash away laziness,
Moodiness,
Negativity,
Pain,
Reluctance,
Timidity.
Take another breath,
And as you exhale,
Imagine you are clear of all the things that no longer serve you.
Sit in what remains.
As you open your eyes and prepare to leave this meditation,
Leave behind those things that washed away.
Leave them in the ground beneath you.
