It's warm,
But it's not too hot.
The sky is blue,
And there isn't a cloud in sight.
Softly in the background,
You can hear the birds chirping.
There's a subtle breeze passing over your face.
And the sun's rays are beaming down on you.
Soak up the sunshine.
Take it all in.
Imagine your body is warming.
Enjoy the rays.
Relish in the sunshine.
Boast in its beauty.
Breathe in and out.
Slow and easy,
Breath in and steady,
Breath out.
When you are ready,
Slowly wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Welcome movement in your body.
