Allow your muscles to relax and your thoughts to pass on by.
If you're going through a challenging season right now,
Take a deep breath and tell yourself it's okay.
It's okay to release the heavy feeling.
Let go of the weight of the emotion.
If you've been holding back the tears,
Let those roll now.
It's just you and the sound of my voice.
And guess what?
I can't see you.
So release at all.
Often we carry so much emotion,
Heartache,
Fear,
Frustration.
In this moment,
Release it.
Inhale deeply in through your nose and release.
Inhale again.
Inhale once more.
