Take a deep breath in and release.
As you release,
Feel the tension leaving your body,
Draining into the floor beneath you.
The top of your head,
Your jaws,
Your neck,
Your shoulders.
Each of your arms,
Your chest,
Your back,
Your stomach.
Your bottom.
Your legs.
Finally your feet.
On your own,
Travel your body,
Releasing any remaining tension as you reach each body part.
Starting from your feet,
Travel up to your head.
And finally,
Take a deep breath in and release.
Repeat,
